I like going to Dollar Tree every now and then, you never know what you will find.

Crystal gave me great customer service. Shes a awesome assistant manager and a great asset to your company.

The current 3 managers that are here are ultimately the nicest people I have met, they’re so quick to help you and really care about making the store the best store it can be. Kim/and Kaden/ and Cindy.

It was amazing! If you havent been to the dollar you havent lived your life to the fullest.

Less than satisfactory! Practically, nothing in stock, and had no option, but to go to Dollar General.

The store was well organized and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The aisles were wide and easy to social distance. The food selection was great!

I absolutely love Dollar Tree, but this location has the worst customer service. Its always such a mess in there. I was in the check out line two different times and left my basket there fu of items, just because how they talk to there customers. I run a store myself (not Dollar tree) and would NEVER let our employees speak to our customers like that. I refuse to step foot in this location ever again. The one on Bell is always clean and very nice employees.

It was ok but the bathrooms where closed.. The dollar tree on gem lake their bathrooms are open.. I will definitely not come back to this one on Georgia

Awesome deals and friendly employees but the store is horribly understaffed, causing extremely long lines.

By far this was the worst experience Ive had at a DT. Upon arrival I was not greeted. No Biggie. I just know a friendly smile and a greeting goes a long way for shoppers. They are more likely to come back even if the drive is a little further for the customer service. I went directly to arts and crafts just to see what else I could add to collection of art supplies. I take my time. I enjoy doing that since my grandmother just recently passed and I took care of her until she passed in the home. So I just like to take my time. So right away after being in the isle for about 1 minute. I believe it was employees discussing loudly while stalking the area at the left corner of the store. They were talking about regulars that came in. Something about a old man that goes in their. And one female employee was gonna loose her job because she was cold. I try not to pay attention but that is unacceptable. Really says alot about management and the maturity of the employees. Its just common sense not to do that. Because someone might find that offensive and word of mouth is a B@&×>! A child knows better. A child knows better.. So I continued to take my time. In order to get to some of the products I had to move this cart to get to the craft products. And so did other fellow shoppers. I pretty much zone out and enjoy my time out of the house. I also just lost my brother around the same time I lost my Mom aka grandmother. So when I get out of my house thats my time. Because I usually stay home. The hospitality moral there today was horrible. Too comfortable on the job. Hope they step up their game as a team. I just felt embarrassed and sorry for them. As a leader. I would have fired someone for talking about customers and taking food from my childrens mouth. Read a book about how to conduct yourself in the workplace. Its ok to be relatable but talking ish about customers. No return. One lady had been their for 9 years. A seasoned DT employee. I know this because I called before I arrived and asked if they had an item. All in all it was a cheap excuse for customer service.

I love this store! Shelves are a little bare lately but they still have tons of good stuff.

Website said they had an item. We drove across town to them plus walked all over the store. The manager finally makes an appearance and states they have none. All that for nothing.

I love the Dollar tree, but stopped going to this one because its always trashed out and dirty.. the one on bell and Canyon one is always stocked and very clean, great people work there

Depending on what your looking for might require several trips to different dollar Trees I usually send my mom to the ones in her area if I cant find it where I am at and what I have noticed is that alot of times the bigger cities will get things long before the rural or small cities do.

I never feel the need to write a review but this location is trash..I asked a employee for some help she looked at me and said rudely wait...I think they should close this location down And extend Arrons showroom floor just a waste of space!!

Good selection, very friendly staff, the store was well organized and front faced. Very easy to navigate and we checked out very quickly. The cashier was very friendly and everything we went in there for was there. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I go here quite often, we love this place! They have so much, and sometimes some random stuff you would never expect to pay a dollar for! We always find more than we need when we go to Dollar Tree!

Shelves nearly empty. Cashier had to call twice for another checker before someone came to help. Credit card machine has to be swiped 3 times before it will work. My cashier, Denny, was very sweet and not frazzled from all the people in line.Need more products on shelves especially the food area.

Always low or out of stock. Need to keep it better organized. The freezer section is always almost empty or broken. Sometimes tons of merchandise all over the floor.

I couldnt even see the floor. There were things just thrown on the floor, unopened boxes from shipments in the aisles, and even broken down boxes just piled up everywhere. Good luck if you go because theres only 1 employee and shes a talker so youll spend 30 minutes in line. Literally. Plus everything had a layer of dust/dirt and empty cases from people stealing all the time. Oh! And check the dates!! I got a can of expired corn.... From a year ago!

Corporate doesnt require masks for customers or employees. Walked in and no employees or customers covered their face. Walk right back out.

This store is a mess, shelves are not socked, boxes are all over the place, and there are obviously not enough employees. Which Im betting is the reason why its so filthy too. Several years ago, this location was the best in Amarillo. Its just not the case anymore.

I love to get eggs and bread. If youre lucky you get a 18 ct.eggs and large loaf of bread. Its fresh.

This place on Georgia is the best than other Dollor Tree. Cleaner and well organize. More open space not so crowded.

I dont know the names of the two women working today. One of the cashiers was black- very polite! The other was Caucasian. Their skin color doesnt matter obviously but I want it to be clear on who I am filing this complaint about. The line was super long, so this white woman opened up the cash register and was being super sweet and friendly to the people in front of me. When it was my turn to cash out she was rolling her eyes and scoffing as if I was an inconvenience to her.... my first problem is: I bought 2 I repeat TWO items (nail polish) and yet my total was over $5??!? I let that slide because whatever... 5 bucks is nothing... my second problem: THIS GIRL DIDNT GIVE ME MY CHANGE. She just slammed her cash register and walked away. I am not from Amarillo; I am not from Texas in general but people like her leave a bad impression and I sure as hell dont plan on shopping here ever again. She was the most rude person I have ever come across in my entire life. I am going to call corporate and report her personally, and I hope she doesnt treat anyone like that ever again... shes lucky I was struggling carrying my stuff, my son, and my purse because I wouldve slapped her silly if it was just me alone.

There was nothing on the gardening shelves. There were boxes all over the floor, not even opened. As I walked through the store, I noticed, it was like that all over. I asked when would be the next time the garden supplies would be back on shelves. She said possibly Monday. Which would be the next day

I love going there. There are all kinds of things I dont see anywhere else. I gave 4 stars only because they sell out of things fast

This store was a great place to shop . I love to be some where and a store employee such as Tyler comes along with his great attitude just ready to take care of you. Five stars when you fix the air conditioning.

Lots of items for the intire home, for just a dollar to many items to list them. Stop by and check it out fore your self, I feel you will intrigued by all the bargains to be got.

As a shopping experience, its OK. While you can find some good deals here, you have to be careful not to buy anything that you can get cheaper somewhere else (Walmart, Family Dollar, etc.) The aisles can be a mess, though I assume that depends on whos working. Be wary, shopper, and you may get out with your wallet mostly intact.

Are you broke collage student? Well this is the perfect place to shop for all your necessities! Its perfect place to get snacks and food for the kiddos when youre broke! A little dirty but thats okay

This place needs a manager that can see that the shelves are stocked regularly, more empty slots than filled ones. It has never looked this bad in the past.....

This store was so nasty before. Shelves empty, floors dirty. It really could use a good cleaning. Theyve change mangers. Very slowly its getting a little better. Not one of my favorite stores. But close to home.

Dollar tree is a nice experience but would be better if management cared about the upkeep. Very messy all the time and weird smell.

Everything was good, except the bathrooms, disgusting as heck!!! Paper towels thrown everywhere. People here need to clean up. Ugh
