Dont advertise one price online and charge more in-store... and when I simply ask you if I got the correct items because they are listed differently online - RESPOND. No response. Rude. And you still priced it wrong but Im not trying to be a Karen today.Editing to change my review to 1 star. No response to the email you asked for.

Ordered a printer for my business. Said 1-3 days delivery. Ordered on 11/09/20, now saying 12/01/20. I’ll never shop online here again! Very poor customer service, didn’t offer anything other than an apology. If I’d known it would have been longer than 3 days, I’d have shopped somewhere else.

They will match the prices from Target and recycle your spent cartridges! Nice!!

I like going to this location, its easy to find what I need, get in, get out. Employees are upbeat and helpful.

I am rating this store 1 star because Office Depot announced in 2015 that they will be offering a 20% discount to veterans signed up to veterans advantage. I asked for the discount and was told by the clerk that they offer no discounts to anyone what so ever. I would not recommend other veterans to shop here.

Okay I ordered a calculator online for pickup and when I went to go pick it up the old white guy yelled at me to just grab it and leave and honestly that hurt my feelings. I don’t like when people yell at me and I was trying to be a good customer and follow rules and click the customer button BUT I GET YELLED AT INSTEAD wow. 👎🏽

Printed the SAME image 3 different times and each time the price was different. 2 times they edited my image which was unnecessary causing the image to blur or be the incorrect size. Copy and Print employees need more training but with the Print managers attitude (which you can tell he doesnt want to be there or do his job) no one wants to be around him so good luck with that! Dont believe me, drop in to Office Depot store 166 on Georgia street in Amarillo and find out for yourself! CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENT and theyre only concern is $$$$ However, sales associate Christopher did offer to refund 1 of the outrageous charges and apologized for his teams lack of organization.

No knowledge of their own inventory. Was told only two people were working. She didnt know what a scantron was and refused to transfer me to the other person because it was a new person.

I enjoy shopping here for my office supplies needs! They are reasonably prices and ussually have a great selection to choose from.Store assosicates are awesome and willing to go the extra mile to answer questions or help find something.They have a copy center and fax as well (warning a little pricey for copies though)

Bought a computer from this store and 19 days after purchasing it the computer crashes. I took up there and they told me it’s not their problem that I only had 14 days to return it. Didn’t offer fixing. DONT BUY from them

They didnt have much business but when us the customers came to check out with basic things it took a minute. My purchase I understand because everything needed a manager to pull from the back.

I was in Office Depot yesterday and there were sales people all through the store. That was a good thing. I ordered raffle tickets to be printed and was told they would be ready today. I called a little before 2:00 today and was about to hang up because no one was answering the phone. I was then put on hold for three minutes before being told I would be called back. They may have a number of sales people to help on the floor but they dont seem to have the phone support.

I can always find whatever I need for my home office here. They are always significantly cheaper than Best Buy etc, and teachers receive a discount here!

I was so disappointed went there last night to look at some folders that I needed. I found some that I was going to buy and they were missing the labels that come with them. I asked the associates that were working last night, two young guys. They said were not concerned on helping find folders similar to the ones I got with the labels inside. I asked if they sold labels that would work in them and they said we do but I dont think they will work in that folder. Didnt even show me or help see if they would work. I will not go back and give them business with associates that will not help. This is the one in Amarillo, Texas on Woflin Street off of Georgia..

Quite a variety of office furniture and supplies..needed a customized stamp..rep was very helpful.

The employees are super helpful and nice, but the store manager is very rude. I heard him yelling at an employee then also yelling at a customer various times Ive been in. I might go back if theres a change in upper store management.

My print order was perfect. I ordered invitations and they were printed and cut perfectly.

We were traveling from CA to GA, and had tried unsuccessfully several times to login to my daughters school-issued Chromebook to print out her homework so she could complete it while we finish our trip. The security on the laptop was blocking every public WiFi we’d tried. In desperation, we stopped at the Amarillo Office Depot, and Karina, a lovely young lady, and a very nice young man (whose name I failed to get) went above and beyond to help us get her paperwork printed off. They saved the day! THIS is the definition of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I own Alpha Lock Amarillo, INC. Since the day we opened our business Office Depot has been a great support .When I met Gerry Haag it all changed for the better. I never have to re-explain my ideas. My order is always timely and right. In fact when I ask Gerry to help me design my mailings, posters or banners the end results are always better than my original idea. I bought an expensive office chair ($289) about six months ago and was having a problem with it. Office Depot replaced the chair free charge. Their policy states 30 days. I will definitely buy from them again.

The cashier was really helpful and friendly, polite and quick we were in and out of there in a flash and it was an enjoyable experience all the way around.

The staff was very helpful, however we werent able to find the product we were looking for.

Decent selection and the prices are in line with the competition.
