I cannot believe how amazing, helpful, efficient, and thorough the staff is at Milan. I called to get information and spoke with Tori from Admissions. She was able to get me in the same day for an appointment. She answered all of my questions, And I registered on the spot. Torri made the The application process and financial aid process incredibly easy for me. The front desk receptionist is also probably one of the closest people you’ll meet to being a literal angel. I wish more offices had a front desk receptionist that truly made you feel so welcome to be there. The first day of orientation was swift and informative, and the instructor that teaches the first two weeks of all the programs it’s so fun, great at her job and inspires me to want to be better. I would 1000% recommend going to Milan Institute in Amarillo. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Milan is really a great school to enroll in. I have to shout out Mrs . Norma she is the best. I really appreciate her for stepping up and running both day and night class. She is the True definition of a Rock Star!!!!

So far Ive had a great experience , they have great attitudes to help you futher you education. Make you feel really good about yourself.

This is a great school! At first your put in to a smaller class to understand the programs then placed in a larger class which would be the course you enrolled in. I love that theres an am and pm class and 2 days in class and 2 days online. The instructors are very friendly and understanding, they all help you to the best of their abilities.

This is a great school or the best school here in Amarillo to go to if you want to study cosmetology I live an hour away and I don’t regret the drive because of how friendly the people are here! The instructors are so nice and very patient with teaching really recommend it here!!

This is the best school to go to in Amarillo, I went here two years ago and the instructors and everyone that’s works here are the best people you will meet. The environment is one you want to see on a daily basis. If you are looking to get your license Milan is the school for you.

Update**After the review was placed my director had talked to me about what could be changed. I gave my suggestions and after many of people have had similar issues, they are talking about what to do to improve. Fingers crossed things get better! I am extremely pleased that whoever read my review, tried reaching out, and for that alone I upped my review from 1 star. My director has always been amazing! Most of the staff are! They just dont have the resources themselves to make the school a top of the line type school, and that is where upper management/ marketing etc. Come into play. I really hope this school is able to reach its full potential!I am currently still attending. I have had the worst experiences here. $18,000 for an education, where you are only taught to pass state board. Everything is out of the book. You learn more on YouTube than at school. there are no ethnic clients to learn to fade, or handle ethnic hair. You learn more from students themselves. Oh and learning to do nails, thats a joke! Nobody teaches you anything outside of skateboard. Dont waste your money.

Definitely not the place for a legit education. They played with my money, I earned a scholarship check that I’m STILL waiting on TWO months after I have already graduated!!!! Now I owe money for an education to a job that I still am unable to find. They help place you in a job, yeah that’s another lie to add to the many they fed me as I attended there. Very unprofessional establishment.

If you are looking for a career in the medical field, this is a great place to earn your education.
