Over the past year of my startup I have gotten to know the team at RWC pretty well. I picked up used equipment late teen models and the entire service/mechanical department at RWC has done a great job of assisting every time something malfunctions. Im in construction with my trucks and they work in rough conditions. For a startup its a lot to keep up with without a full time service team of my own yet. The guys at RWC are keeping my equipment on the road. From repairing tarp motors, to replacing welded in 5th wheel plates, Air lines needing repaired behind the dash and around connection points, to welding up keepers for hydraulic ram pins.Every time Ive been into RWC in Anchorage they help me out. Its why I just picked up a new dump truck from their sales department. Customer service goes a long way and as long as the customer service and quality are high they will continue to get my business.Great team, thoroughly impressed with their ability to assist on multiple makes and styles of equipment.

Brought our truck here last year and drove her 240 ,000 miles still had the same problem and I refused to fix it and it cost $3500 I would not recommend bringing any vehicle to these guys ever again

Our company has multiple Idealease vehicles and they are always on top of preventive maintenance and quick with any repairs or modifications we may need. Jessa has been our representative and shes great. Easy to contact and not afraid to come find you and help with anything needed.

So I brought my isuzu to Pacific power for brake problems, I was told it was ABS sensor and I pay like $600 and the problem was not fix took it back and I was estimate I was going to pay $1500 for next repair I agree 3 months passed and they didnt call so I call, and they told my sorry but the problem was not fix but I own them $4500 for diagnostic so I told them I never authorized that, so they told me the lowest they could do it was $1800 so I agree but I was angry cuz I pay that much for nothing. But luckly I brought my truck to RWC they fix my problem in a week cuz they had to wait on parts and I pay like $1200 thanks for you knowledgeable staff and professionally trained staff.

We came to RWC after a couple of bad experiences. We have actively used this company for approx. 10yrs, as a Logistics company we require accurate prompt service which we get from RWC . Hats off to their customer service and sales department. My pet peeve is communication, RWC is great with getting with you prior to repairs to inform you of all the specifics and cost of the job. We have a had great success with their rentals, problems are solved quickly, there are no long wait times for response. not to mention they have a new state of arts building. Thanks to great staff- Great Job RWC looking forward to having a long relationship with you.

I was in a bad spot and broken down and called RWC and explained my dilemma.They sent out a recovery driver to access my situation, he made a temporary repair to get me road worthy and accompanied me back to the shop. Which by the way was very easy to spot from the main highway as you are getting on the Diamond exit . once at the shop I was greeted by the friendly staff. The shop foreman showed me to the drivers lounge where I enjoyed a large screen TV and hot coffee. I couldnt help to notice the parts department and rental office so I took a tour but it was cut short as the repair had been completed and I was back on the road again with a smile on my face and peace of mind in the repair. The staff was great and asked if I had any questions about the repair but I was just glad to have been rescued and back on the road. I am very please with RWC trucks.

Jessa Lenseigne and the rest of the staff has always been there for us, I know its a real balancing act, to accomplish the type of customer service she and her staff has been able to deliver, keep up the good work, the future looks bright!!!

Called for some help in a remote location was told i would get a call back and waited all day and call back to see if they forgot or had wrong number. called back the next day and was told they need a credit card or po in order to give me ten minutes of time. poor customer service. called another dealership and they were able to help me in less then ten minutes.

In our 26 years in the Courier freight business I have never written a review on the excellence in customer service that we have received from the RWC GROUP! Ever heard the term “ NO BODY’s PERFECT?” Well this is true in life, yet at the RWC GROUP they always seem to try and give their best. Sales Parts, Service. Each department made up of individuals that have always made our experience with them one that brought us back year after year. Our first purchase in 1997 and every purchase we made in our rapid growing company was at Alaska Truck Center / RWC. Mike’s head of sales then was his stepping stone to GM of RWC years later. The excellence in customer service then has continued two and a half decades later. Every situation in our trucking business that required upgrading or repairs has been taken care of professionally and promptly. Recently in 2016 we took on an Idealease, 24’ Box van 26000 GVW. The individual that heads this dept. is Jessa. My wife Kelli and I could not be more pleased and thankful for our lease needs being met. Big or small the problem, Jessa has gone above and beyond to keep us trucking with minimal down time. As busy as this establishment is, many times a friendly mechanic has stopped their busy schedule to assess and often repair a minor problem. Each department here seem to work well together, from the receptionist taking our calls to striving for perfection in customer service in every department. Oh yeah, that old saying that “ NO BODY’s PERFECT”, that’s true in life, we ALL fall short. We are suppose to keep striving for it with a humble heart! Thank You RWC GROUP! Took our International bus there twice due to a Transmission error light causing the vehicle to go into limp mode after an hour or two of driving. Each time they did some work which cost $600 - $1000 but problem persisted. On the third attempt I was told they would have to replace the transmission which would cost $7500. I was doubtful of this and fortunately did not have them do the work. I took it to Trailercraft and within 2 hours they had found the cause of the fault code (loose wiring with broken pins) and repaired it and the charge was about $300. The bus has been running great since. Could have saved a lot of time and money by going to Trailercraft first, but at least I dodged a $7500 bullet.Edit: The manager reached out to me to apologize for the errors made and offer a service credit. I appreciate their professionalism and acceptance of responsibility.
