Some of the most qualified and knowledgeable bike mechanics Ive ever had work on my bike! Charlie fixed and tuned up my 30+ year old bike, not only did he have an immense knowledge of every realm of bike mechanics, he also explained everything he was doing. I left with a fixed bike, and a bunch of new knowledge on how to do further maintenance by myself. Love this place!

Outstanding job - they fixed so many issues on both of our boys’ bikes, even things that they had forgotten about! They took the time to educate them on how to keep their bikes in good working order as well as sharing general maintenance tips. More than anything, they were open for business when none of the other bike shops had availability. We cannot recommend Scott and his team highly enough!

I have taken many classes; hydraulic brakes, wheel building, and use SBI for repairs also. You get a personal 1 on 1 with a master mechanic that has attention to details you dont find at other bike shops.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes their time with each student. It’s a space where people can take away hands on knowledge. I walked in not even knowing what a disk brake was and now I can build a whole bike!

Fantastic! The only word to describe my experience with SBI. I took Both Surlys in to get overhauled after taking them into local shops for the last couple years with no luck. So I decided to give SBI a shot and was not disappointed. Scott not only fixed my bikes taking off 4 minutes on my morning commute, but talked and explained to me in detail what he did. He also explained to me what could be done, but never tried to sell me on anything I didn’t need. I walked in with a nasty taste from some of the other shops in town, but left with a new home for my bikes. Thanks SBI. Life is good!
