Hit or miss with this place. I went with questions about my student loan repayment plan and policies and told someone there that I had loans managed by the University. She said no you dont, its managed by your student loan servicer. Look on the National Student Loan Data System. I told her that the University was my servicer. She asked if I had a Perkins Loan (for which universities are the servicer) and I said yes. She said Perkins Loans dont show up in the data system.Yes they do. I am looking at it right now!

The staff does their absolute best with what they are given. There are many scholarships and grants for students but sometimes they screw with your taxes. And then there are times the system screws up and you have to fix it yourself.
