This is a wonderful resource that every specialist in baby and mother care should consider along with mothers who just want to learn and grow. The knowledge you will gain as a result will greatly add to your repertoire of skillsets. The webinar on April 8th was great. The information covered was interesting and helps with direction of study for the IBCLC exam. I really am glad there were questions at the end. Thanks for the pointers on how to work through the exam.Five stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The best place for lactating moms as well as they have the best ways to guide for new IBCLC and for future IBCLC and other exam preparation courses. Thanks so much LER team! Keep it up.

While I usually prefer face to face learning over online, this class was great. I love the self paced modules and the voice over slides

LER Program Enriched was very thorough with a wide range of educational materials from multiple sources. The information was easily understood and reference materials were provided with each lecture. The international views were insightful and helped me to feel better prepared for taking the IBLCE.

Highly recommend! I did everything via LER - 90 hours, internship and exam prep. I felt really prepared to take the exam and was hired quickly after certifying. Their program provided me with a strong foundation and access to resources I wouldnt have without them! Thanks LER (and thanks for making your patient/professional handouts free!)

I highly recommend LER for an internship placement. Their program is comprehensive and the Director of the Clinical Internship Program, Amy, did not hesitate to step in with explanations and support when necessary. My program offered a wide variety of clinical experiences. I am grateful for the opportunity and the guidance that LER provided.

First Latch Training is a great program to train staff about BabyFriendly. Great content to get everyone on the same page with breastfeeding knowledge. The format makes it easy to do courses in snippets of time rather than all at once, fitting well for those with busy schedules.

In response to the owners response: Incorrect. More like, not a person willing to use her real name. Its my prerogative to protect my identity and reputation, and my entitlement to my opinion. I have my reasons for not feeling satisfied by the program and the unprofessional way that aspects of this schools program were handled. What are they going to do next, try to revoke my CBS? Tell LLL in my area not to take me on as a BF leader? Um no. Will not be back.

I used LER for the 90 hour course work, the internship program, and the exam review course, and loved it every step of the way. I passed my exam first try and I definitely credit LER with that success. The lectures are thorough and engaging; the internship is extensive but invaluable; and I felt very prepared for the exam after taking the exam review! I hold a soft spot in my heart for LER and will continue to come back to them for any future Lactation needs. Highly highly recommend- you cannot do better!

LER has been an indispensable component of my road to IBCLC certification. As part of my Pathway 3 journey, I completed the 90-hour Lactation Course, the 500-hour Internship program, and the Enriched exam review. All of my interactions with the LER staff have been excellent. The Internship program surpassed my expectations. My mentors provided a wide variety of styles and backgrounds that truly enhanced my learning process. They continue to offer support and advice as I continue on my new career path. I would recommend LER to anyone looking to obtain IBCLC certification!

Total waste of my time. My career has been ruined. I paid a lot of money for the 90credit lactation course and internship, with money I really couldnt afford to spend, right before I started the process of filing for personal bankruptcy. I waited very patiently for an internship to open up and paid a ton for immunizations, documentation, etc above and beyond the LER internship fee. This is humiliating to say and Im sure Im the absolute only one this has happened to, but I got fired from my internship. I was told I lacked experience and comfort with patient care >:( Ha funny but ironically, the purpose of an internship is to PROVIDE first time experience. Not to know everything from the getgo. Further, the manager at my internship hospital site appeared bipolar and drastically changing her tune. Initially during the whole 2 days she was actually present and witness to my internship performance, she commended me. Then when shes out on sabbatical, she suddenly agrees with negativity supposedly said by others about me, including stuff that was untrue. Stuff that even my husband said sounds nothing like me. A week or so before she fired me, she sent me an unprofessional email that sounded like she was drunk or confusing me with her daughter or granddaughter(?) midway through it. Never apologized to me or retracted her email. I should have reported it to HR and I regret not having done so. She told me at firing that I wasnt a good fit for pretty much anything in healthcare (wow thats a wide net to throw), at a time that I was pursuing nursing school. BTW Ive since abandoned the idea of nursing school, because of this awful internship firing experience, after having spent $1000s on pre-nursing coursework with a 4.0 GPA. Oh but she also said I tried really hard and am a nice person (INSERT MAJOR EYE ROLL HERE)...Right, because thats my goal in life, to be super nice and TRY really hard but end up failing and jobless like an idiot. Yippee. Her tone was very condescending and rude when she did this too. Because of this firing, my career dream is ruined. SHE RUINED MY CAREER. I had a preexisting condition that I was planning to come to the internship sites hospital for. After being humiliated and disrespected with the internship, I purposefully took my business elsewhere...losing the hospital over $50,000 in revenue for the cost of my inevitable eventual hospital stay...as I switched to the hospitals competitor hospital. Im sure LER will come on here and claim that Im the ONLY one ever fired from their internship that I PAID for, and call me out by name...SMFH.

I completed the 90 hours LCTP course and lactation internship through LER. Both were fantastic! I learned so much through the 90 hour course, and my internship provided me with invaluable experience through hands on practice, case studies, and wonderful mentors. I highly recommend both. I feel like I now have a strong foundation as I sit for my exam in October and hopefully begin my career as an IBCLC!
