I am so glad we found this place when we were looking for a preschool/daycare.We ended up staying through 6 grade because it provided a phenomenal education in both academic and social areas. The Montessori method avoids frustrating kids with unnecessary waiting, testing, or time wasting because each kid is on their own personal track so they learn things as they are ready for them, in a way that works for them. The result is a kid well grounded in all the basics like grammar, times tables, penmanship, long division, cursive writing, essay writing, without ever feeling they were subjected to kill and drill. Instead they have had lots of opportunity to explore areas of interest, work in groups, be a leader and a follower and develop self discipline, a love of reading and learning. Check it out. You have to see it to believe it.
