This is a great school if you want your child needs an ample amount of discipline. They strip students of all originality and personality. The demerit system is unrealistic causing more stress than academic achievement for the kids. The curriculum is terrific however. I just expected much more when enrolling my son here.

Now. This comes from a student themselves so my vision is quite tainted from the parents who think this school is standing in glory. I do think its a good school education-wise. However, cultural-wise not as much. The students have breaks. Well two actually. One is after the first two classes, which is only 15 minutes. The kids arent allowed to communicate with those of other classes. We arent even allowed to move around unless were playing a dull/boring game. There are times when we have to just flat out be silent. And this is all thanks to the new addition of Structured Break. But then the kids can barely talk in class and when we have a chance its not about what we want to talk about. The classes are a rational length, so Ill give them that. However, there are times when the classes seem a bit...dull. Not to mention the homework. We recently had a Winter Break. I usually dont mind much homework but the amount and the style. 1. It was a lot of homework.2. Most of the packets were boring, blunt, and repetitive. Yes. The homework was BLUNT because it upset me as a student to see the work being constant and flat out disappointing.We also have two math classes, which is almost unnecessary. We learn basically the same thing in each class. But now what really bothers me the most is the lunch rules. Yes, theyre trying to lead a healthy lifestyle for the kids but its none of their concern what the kids eat. We cant bring any drink that isnt water or 100% juice. So no Sunny D, Gatorade, regular Caprisun, etc. If a parent brings in food for the kids and has lunch with them it cant be the food the kids want. No no, it has to be school-approved food. No chips no nothing. Let the kids eat what they want. You dont own them. Worse thing is that they care too much about kids looks. No unnatural hair dye, dont forget the belt like 4 times of you get suspended. Like, what? And the gym uniforms are simply horrid. I had a student at this school and let me tell you they never will go back. This school is horrible and way to strict. You cant wear name brand shoes and they have to be white on the bottom. They dont allow you to say bless you in the school. You have to sit a certain way or you will get a demerit. Its so many crazy rules they treat students like they are in bootcamp. They give a ton of homework everyday even weekends which have the student more stressed. Dont get me wrong homework ok but Im warning you they dont be normal amounts. The food they serve is disgusting and if you try to send lunch they tell you what you can send for your child. The only good thing about this school is they give challenging work and challenge the student but its still not worth putting your child through that torture. Honestly your child can not be themselves at this school

I need to see my child healthy not choking on the food they serve

Ok. I dont go to this school but I have a cousin that goes to it and always complains about the home work. Its not fair the way they treat the children here its to much stress, and the rules are unfair. But it is a great school with a powerful education.

My cousins first day of school was horrible. They gave the kids cold hot dogs and the teachers smell like cold hotdog water. They don’t let you wear our guccci shoes and make us wear ugly Walmart shoes.

If you love your kids dont take them to this school.

Teachers give students consequences for no reason and most of them have no patience.Lastly the food is terrible and most kids don’t eat when food is bad
