Every staff at this location are always smiling and willing to help you. A big applause to them. With all that is going on in the world it very nice to see that smiling face and you know they all appreciate their jobs.I love shopping at this store.Once again a BIG APPLAUSE to them.

I mean it’s the Dollar Tree. We all know what type of service we’re walking into. The line situation could be handle a lot better but I always fine what I need here 💯 Could be better but also could be a lot worse. I gotta say though that this Dollar Tree is perfect for Holiday and Birthday decorations 👍🏻

Its been atleast 4 to 5 years since Ive been to this dollar tree location. Only due to location/distance from my house I shop at the brentwood dollar tree. Upon entering the store i noticed that it was very clean and well organized. They had a wide variety of items in each department, my favorite was their arts n crafts section. The staff was welcoming, polite and awesome customer service. In the future I will be going to this location more frequently even if its a little further from my house.

Great place to go when youre in need of a few things, love the variety. It wouldve been even better if they also offered fresh fruits and vegetables, like 99cents store does. All neighborhoods would benefit by having these types of stores within driving distance.

Fairly well stocked up and nearly back there prepandemic operation

The Antioch, CA Dollar Tree store needs a overall in the customer service cashier friendliness, courtesy and overall professional approach towards the customers. There are a few cashiers that seem to to out of there way to be helpful. However, it is unknown why the other Dollar Tree cashiers are nothing nice. Very grouchy cashiers do not make it pleasant to go to this location. Retraining is needed at this location. Store seems to have a fairly a new floor yet it needs a power wash too, especially during the pandemic. Rather spend funds shopping at the Brentwood, CA location where employees are helpful and store is much cleaner. 10.13.2020

Awesome! Im cool!

First, I totally understand the employees are essential and do appreciate their service. Today I went inside to buy 3 sponges, thats it! I got in what appeared to be two lines, neither of which were moving. About 5 mins in and a ton more people getting in line, the cashier yells, one line only. Really!!! So now even though I was in line before several others I would now have to get behind them. Really ladies, you seen us in two lines! Why wait til the lines grew before saying something!! Terrible customer service; I left!

Ive found this Dollar store to be messy compared to the others Ive been to in Oakley and Brentwood. Parking is a bit clustered because the Starbucks drive through uses the same area so theres lots of traffic. I also feel like things are picked over or not restocked consistently. I usually go to another dollar store if I have the time to drive a little further.

For being the day before mothers day they had only 2 register open and the waiting line was mile long and it wrap around half of the store.

Not as stocked today, but then again it seems like none of the DTs are fully stocked right now... shipment of lysol wipes came in and I saw them come right out of the box, but after a closer after I get home look, they appear as if theyve been opened already. Otherwise, a typical Dollar tree trip.

Got a email saying my online order is ready to pick up, but in store they told me that it wasn’t ready, make sure y’all try calling them before going in :(

There is a lot of items out of stock. There was also only one cashier and a long line of customers. I wont be unfair and say its like this everytime but there is room for improvement.

The staff here are very nice and pleasant. They need extra help. This location need more space. There is an opening a few doors down where rite aide closed. This area needs a super store.

Waited forever to pay, need more cashiers

Great place to come get things for a dollar but the website says 9:00 p.m. closing time yet Im sitting in front in it says 8:00 p.m. Please fix website got about 6 cars that just pulled up with me wanting to get stuff cause the website says 9:00 p.m. thank you

This Dollar Tree is pretty nice and in a safer location here in Antioch. The isles were clean and they had a wide variety of items. The staff were quite helpful and nice. I would recommend this dollar tree to others.

Place is a mess but theres some great values to be had here. If you dont mind a bunch of junk everywhere there is some ordering the chaos. I spent $15 on things that I normally would have spent about double that at any regular store so I appreciate this store as they have great deals on name brands.

Theres not enough employees working. I think dollar tree tried to cut the payroll. Only 1 cashier worked and the line was so long. Literally no one working on the sales floor. And it was inconvenient for the customers if we have questions.

I was extremely excited to see the white mugs I use for crafts were in stock. I went to check out and the cashier Jazmin was complaining about the customer before me wanting balloons. She said this isnt party city, its a low class store. Then she rang me up without asking if I wanted a bag for all my glassware. The brown paper was right next to her. I asked if I could get a box or something she said no and just started at me. I ended up putting everything in the bottom of my stroller.

I thought the store was closing its nasty the manager walks around taking on her cell phone with the speaker on the only good thing was I didnt have to wait in line because No One was in the store. It use to be a very nice dollar tree NOW its a mess and I dont like going in unless I really dont feel like driving to Pittsburgh. Its very poorly managed

Store was messy and there were no cards or baskets.. two people working the cashier stand working very quickly to take care of all their customers, they were very nice.

This place is a mess! They dont carry that many items and everything is off brand. They should really clean up!

Shelves were empty many items getting stocked ! Saw two loafs of bread full of green mold be careful when getting food that has dates on them

Dollar tree always has interesting items and the staff keep this one organized well.

Good store for people on a low budget....

Ive never been out of this store in less than a half hour, and usually 25 of those minutes are me standing in line. How can you have 10 register stations, but never more than 2 open at a time? Is it store policy or something? Ive been in a 10+ person line multiple times, sometimes with only a single register open, only to see 5 different employees walking around the front of the store staring at the line and not even attempting to grab someone who can open another one. Ive never worked anywhere where a line was acceptable, nor have I worked anywhere where you have 8 employees on a shift with only one or two people on register while everyone else straightens up the store regardless of the customer situation. What are those people fixing up the store even doing? Its always such a colossal mess that there is no way they are working to fix it, and I doubt that every single customer has complete disregard for the merchandise that they throw it on the floor as they walk by.

Store was cluttered lots of merchandise on the floor. Cashier was on her cell phone on a personal call while trying to ring up customers. There was a line of about seven customers waiting. The other cashier was helping several customers getting balloons. After cashier hung up from call she started talking about the call and using foul language. I will not return to this store.

This is a very busy store. Its small and sells $ items and balloon bouquets. Very generic but manages to please the custoners.

Dollar tree store stock is affordable & usefull

One problem I have is every time I go in the store theres no shopping carts Im handicapped and I cant carry this stuff when I go in the store
