Good for most things except when you go shopping for a specific cable, if their website says they have it, call first, they most likely wont have the cable youre looking for if its not a standard USB or Ethernet cable. Their website is pretty useless in assisting.

If your looking for professional prompt or courtesy, DONT BOTHER!!!! I went in needing laminated pages for work . The clerk said 30 min, so I went browsing the store. 3min before they should have been done she calls me and says shes going to lunch so Id have to wait another hr! WHAT? I asked if there was anyone else who could do it. She said Id have to wait. I asked to just get my documents back. She told me Id still have to wait! I went to the manage who acted annoyingly nonchalant about the whole situation! Walking out I seen an angry man bringing back his copies because they had made bad prints! Sheesh no business sense this place!I took my documents across the street to the UPS store who not only did an amazing job, but with a cheerful attitude, at a lower cost and under the 30 min which the snotty clerk at office depot had quoted!

Steven, Jackie and the rest of the team were fantastic help all the way through the process I had to undergo with finding, returning and exchanging a faulty-from-the-factory desk. Staff like them are the reason I still shop in-store.

Came in on the 20th NEEDED to print documents. Could not get your print system to work. 5 days later I JUST got the authorization code to print.F-I-V-E D-A-Y-S L-A-T-E-R

I went in there shortly before closing and this is probably the first time that Ive done that and havent gotten dirty looks or passive-aggressive remarks. Michael was very helpful and polite. He should get a raise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received at this Office Depot location. After spending 30 minutes waiting in line at Fed Ex Office down the street to find out it was a 2 hour wait to print out 30 flyers, I called Office Depot and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful and courteous and got my order completed in 3 minutes. By the time I arrived 10 minutes later, she had my flyers in a bag waiting for me. Thank you Lisa for the excellent customer service and now I know where to go in the future for help with my printing needs.

I took 2 PCs in on a Saturday afternoon after spending 4 hours trying to print an offer letter that I needed to sign and take in Monday. They looked at both, I decided to repair 1 and since it wouldnt be ready in time they printed out the document I needed. That was AWESOME!!

After searching for what I needed, finding its location, choosing the correct one, and walking to check out, then was asked if I needed help finding anything. Better late than never.

Ive done a couple projects where Ive needed to print out large laminated poster boards. The print department does a great job and the online ordering has always worked. Ive never had an issue with getting help from the associates in the store either.

Bought an office chair. Fair prices, good selection. Poorly trained employees. No sign of management. Employees like to fraternize and generally ignore customers. Not the Office Depot of old. Weve shopped since the concept began decades ago.

This place was so ghetto. Only one printer and poor reception. Thanks for taking up my time and causing me to have reschedule with a client. Just became a big mess because of this ghetto place

Hard to find some items, so thankful there was someone asking me if they could help. However at the checkout I had one item that did not have a tag on it, and they asked me to go back and get another one so they could scan it. Thought that would be part of their job since I wasnt the one who missed putting the tag on.

Staff was very helpful. Approached me when I was lost. Helped me find the items I was looking for, and then the cashier was kind enough to correct my order. I grabbed the wrong ink cartridges.

Store has everything you will need. Has deals and rewards program. They do accept pay pal as payment here you can log on to pay pal through there payment machine and pay with that. Super convenient for those buying shipping materials who sell on ebay.

I thought TurboTax Deluxe was a little bit expensive. Its much cheaper other places I just didnt have time to go. Overall the store is clean

I got several pictures laminated at the store. Every single picture was ruined because there were a lot of bubbles. It was a part of personalized gift that could not be re created easily. Im extremely disappointed at the carelessness of the employees with my order.

Went with my son who was looking for a special color Sharpie pen for a school art project. We were directed to a large display by friendly staff, who showed my son where he could find the color he needed (on sale btw for $.50). Then after a short wait in line, the cashier was also nice!

Didnt find great deals on what I needed (binders) but Amazing deals on a bunch of other great and necessary school supplies. Was asked if I needed help a couple times and they actually knew exactly where everything was.
