Best flight school in the central Florida area hands down. Throughout my training Ive jumped around so many places (part 61 schools, 141, independent CFIs) gave me issues and D&J is the only place where I havent had any problems. The fleet is in great condition and maintained very well by mechanics I can personally trust. The Instructor who I fly with, now the Cheif Pilot of the school, is Dustin Rose. The other instructors are great but he is the best one Ive had the pleasure of training with. He helped me get my PPL done and now Im currently getting my Commercial and CFI certificates with him. Highly recommend this place for both training and renting. The Warriors are cheap and the Archer is really nice with air conditioning. Everyone who works here is also friendly and I have yet to have a negative interaction with anyone at D&J. If youre in the market for rental aircraft or flight training, definitely stop by and check out the program.

We were so extremely impressed with how classy this entire operation is at D & J Aviation. From the moment I spoke with Susan I could tell how professional but also how personable she was. Our son is planning on becoming a commercial pilot one day and we were delighted about the detailed explanation of the plane and flight check. We all enjoyed the flight over many popular locations in the Orlando area including Disney and Universal. We will be back VERY soon to continue his flight hours and training.

I’ve been flying with D&J for several months now and absolutely love them. If there’s something us pilots should know ( like the fuel pump being down at the airport) they take the time to email everyone. It’s never a guessing game like other places I’ve flown with. The plane is always there when they say it will be, maintenance is always current, airplanes are never low on fuel. Their planes are very nice and clean. Instructors like Geo are absolutely too notch.

D&J is the new standard for flight training in Central Florida. A family run business, with outstanding aircraft, onsite maintenance, and just all around great people. After flying with other schools in the area D&J was able to help me achieve my goal of becoming a Private Pilot.The Piper warriors they use for training are well maintained, and they have an amazing pool of independent CFI’s and CFII’s who are really there to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend this school, and I can’t wait to see what growth lies ahead for them in the future.

When choosing an airplane to rent, I’m definitely more particular than most. I refuse to compromise when my family’s safety is on the line. D&J aircraft are in good condition and very well maintained. The owners are not interested in taking any shortcuts when it comes to the care of the aircraft. Their entire rental fleet is hangared! In addition to the quality of the aircraft, I also appreciate the flexibility they provide in the selection of a flight instructor. You can bring your own or use one of theirs. Finally, it’s a family-run business, and everyone is just plain friendly! Give D&J a shot, you won’t be disappointed.
