Long, hard surface runway with unobstructed approaches from either end. Shelters parallel to the runway with concrete floors. Porta potty access. Chain link fence separating spectators from the flight line.

Great RC flying field and super cool people!

What a neat place & experience.Didnt realize this little airfield was here in Orange County. Thank you to the nice young man that was there and allowed us to sit and watch 2-3 pilots flying their RC aircraft. We were very impressed with their aerobatics and abilities.

You need ama to fly as guest, and membership to this club to fly as member. $200 or something for membership, although youth membership is free, but they have weird shortened cutoff dates... Perfect location!

Great place to see many different types of model airplanes. There is a large runway and a number of outbuildings. I believe you need to be a member to fly your model plane.

This place is huge! The members are very friendly and up front guys. Man, if you are looking for THE place to fly RC, this has got to be the best club and field I have ever been to, and I have surely been to a mess of them over the years. Most other clubs that I have been a member of always seemed to have their clicks. You know, a group of guys that fly old stuff, a group of guys that fly electric stuff, etc, etc. And they all hang out in their own little clicks and complain about each other.These guys at RCACF were so accommodating and non click-ish (if thats a word). Everyone was so laid back and friendly.A particular time that stuck out in my mind was when I was first starting out several years ago and only had a small electric foamy. I went out to the club to get some advice. The only one there that day was one of those professional Jet pilots. He was flying a high dollar loud super fast jet. After he landed I ventured up to him and asked a simple question about my electric foamy. Yes, I was expecting him to give me that I could care less about your little foamy attitude, but no! He actually told me to go get my plane and show it to him. He was wonderful and helpful. I simply couldnt believe it.There must be something in the water there cause so far everyone I have been in contact with at that place has been kind always willing to help.
