Went twice today here. First time the employee was too controlling of my life. His frustration was overwhelming. Employees are rewarded with income and pay. Visitors are the customers. I was not the one that needed to say sorry.

My daughter dropped her phone in the parking lot after they had closed and the following morning it was safe and secure. The cashier secured it

I was using a walker , just had surgery April 6 needed coffee and water bottles, I asked a young teenage girl and the cashier if they could help me take my things out to the car, and they were so nice and did it so kudos for their help

I bought a dollar pair of headphones. They work great! Also a 1 pint bucket of Ben and Jerrys Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream! Delicious for my husband and myself!

Alan has been just incrediable to have around lately wish we could keep him very multi managable* thankyou our family personally has been changed and stress lifted in more ways than i cam add thankyou to all the regulars and ty ty to all the new ectras lately☺

Who knows , doors locked!!! Hours say open til 10p online and on store window. Doors locked BEFORE 9:50P. Went down the road to dollar general-in and checked out at 9:57p

Very unorganizedand products especially food products arent rotated.

They were out of things I was looking for and then their bathrooms were not kept very clean

The employees were very nice and always helpful, but I have noticed that Family Dollar stores are traditionally uncomfortably HOT in the Summer months, which is basically all year long in Florida, as compared to Dollar General. Making the poor, hot employees wear masks due to coronavirus in a hot store is going to only cause increased risk of hypoxia to the employees. Maybe the employees should contact corporate and get the temps turned down in the stores in the Summer!

I went to get some peroxide and some other things and store smelled like pee(urine) and musk(smell like someone didn’t take a shower). The employees were just sitting around and had a aisle block because they were sitting on their behinds talking instead of restocking and cleaning, and they need to take more pride in their store.

Love shopping there. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Every time I come in they say Hello and Welcome you. Prices so very reasonable. I can get a few groceries and household products. No Long Lines. I Love it

10 people in line 1 cashier 3 people that worked there passed me looking for 1 employee to run the cash register.

They really have great sales for anyone on a budget or not.

Store is dirty; products randomly placed throughout the store. No zone maintenance. Food items on the same shelf with chemicals. Stock carts blocking the aisles. Entrance door blocked from the inside with Styrofoam coolers. One employee working cash register. Wont be back.

Was a great place to shop about four years ago. Now with new management, some of the employees are less than friendly. If youre in a hurry and need to get something on the go, its great for that.

Always great service, the manager Rick is very nice and has great customer service..Never had a problem with any of the cashiers, all of them are very helpful.

Tried to stop in tonight at 9:55pm and the doors were locked. There were at least 2 other cars that pulled up after me as well. I guess getting out of work early is more important than generating revenue

Unorganized and difficult to shop. They are in dire need of complete reorg. This is definitely not a good representation of the Apopka community.

Lay out is different than the store I usually frequent, however, aisles were clearly marked, store was clean and well stocked and man at checkout was super friendly! A pleasure to shop at this store.

A bit of disorganization but always good service

Went to get a plastic pool for my kid. They had filled it with toys. I made the line to pay for it and was told I had to brimg it in. I told them it was filled with toys and they would need to empty it. The cashier rklled his eyes and proceeded to check wveryone out. Then he asked and older lady that worked there to help us instead. She was more polute and said I will be right with you. She proceeded to check out a very long line of people out and 20 minutes later I decided to empty the pool myself. These two employees are terrible. Once I had brought the pool in and loaded it to my car she came out and pretended to act like she was finally going to help. Please.

Could barley fit my cart down the isle and the lady stocking looked far frustrated with me when i needed something on the isle she was working on i get it but its not very cool to show it like she did and yes i understand everyone has a bad day it that might have been her case but still needless to say i just made another stop to get dish soap
