We purchased our first home going through Keller Williams. Our agent, Ann Thielman, was very professional and helpful. Since we were buying our first home, Ann spent the time doing background checks on the houses were going to buy. In addition, while walking through, she also spent the effort going through in details in pointing out the flaws and things we may need to fix later on. Weve definitely learned quite a bit of what to look for in a house from touring with her. She was definitely honest with us in our search for homes in providing her unbiased opinion on homes, keeping in mind our goals and wants. What we really appreciated from her though, is her patient with us. At first we started off looking for homes at a lower prices. We werent having any luck but Ann was patient with us. We finally started raising our budget slowly and eventually finding our home. Ann, at the time did not try to force us to go out of our comfort range and worked with us within our budget. The decision to go higher was on us and in no way was influenced from her. The home buying was really OUR experience with the agent walking beside us rather than pushing us.Now this review is not a review on Ann. I just wanted to point out our experiences working with Keller Williams through her. When working with Keller Williams, whichever agent youre working with, youll have the same experiences with us. The paperwork and mortgage process was very straight forward and everything was transparent. Any questions and concerns were welcomed. I do like the fact that they treated us like we were new to the process and knew nothing (which we were). This allowed them to teach us what is what and that no doubt was left unopened.
