If you’re looking to become a Realtor, I highly recommend taking this course. The instructor, Dan, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure everyone was understanding the coursework as we went along. He even offered to stay late for anyone who felt like they weren’t and seemed really invested in making sure we all passed the state exam. He used real world examples throughout the workbook which put things into context and helped me a great deal. Thanks to him, I passed on the first try! 10/10 would recommend.

I really enjoyed taking classes with Dan Katch. He made the material very interesting and relatable. I would think trying to take this course on line would be much more difficult as you don’t have the day to day interactions with Dan and your peers. The peers all encouraged each other. If I didnt take the classes in person there is no way I would have understood all the wording on the online class. Dan breaks everything down to prepare you for the big test, he also answered any questions we had and went above and beyond my expectations.
