My son has been going to Kiddie Academy for almost a year now and he loves it there. All of the staff is amazing and friendly, they communicate so well through the app, phone, email, and in person. They are willing to work with you to make sure your child is well adjusted to the daycare and even during transitions as the students grow. Our previous daycare had a very limited option on vegetarian meals, but here they have a whole variety so I know my son is getting balanced meals and don’t have to worry that he is starving when he gets home. Thank you Kiddie Academy Arlington Heights!

We needed to get our child socialized after being in lockdown from the pandemic. Visiting several daycares it was important to us that not only proper cleaning and COVID procedures were in place, but a safe and multi-cultural environment was available. Kiddie Academy met all of our needs. Our son seems to be communicating more and socializing with other children in his room. Handoffs have not been an issue due to the experience of the staff. We could not be happier with our choice of daycare.

My son is absolutely in love with school and all of the teachers he interacts with. Everyone at Kiddie Academy has been very helpful whenever I had questions and they are amazing with updating you throughout the day with how your child is doing. I love that they teach the kids school curriculum and even try to incorporate Spanish as well. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of daycare for my son.

We enjoyed watching our son growing with Kiddie Academy of Arlington heights. The teachers and staff are amazingly loving and trained. Kids love them! Also, my son learns and develops a lot. My husband and I plan to send our son to another daycare because of job relocation. It is a difficult decision for us to make. Thank KA for your team effort to take care of and teach my son! Wish all the best!

I’m updating my review, we’ve been at Kiddie Academy for a little over a year now. We are currently in the toddler room and are still very happy with the care given to our daughter. She loves going, the activities are age appropriate and very stimulating.I feel the activities and books they read together as a class have greatly impacted our daughters’ vocabulary. She’s picking up so many new words and has surpassed expectations for her age.The teachers are wonderful and incredibly caring, I often see them hugging and carrying around the kids. The teachers work closely with us to make sure our child has the care she needs. The teachers are very collaborative too, with one another and also with the parents.Previous review:Our daughter has been in the infant room and the teachers are incredible! They are very accommodating to the infant schedule and worked with us as we introduced solid foods to our baby. We are transition into the toddler room and all the teachers have made it such an easy transition! We cannot thank them enough!

My daughter and son have attended the program since they were each 12 weeks old (currently 4 and 19 mos). The program is well organized, educational and impressive. They both continue to thrive there academically and socially and Im constantly amazed at the things they come home having learned. The staff is fantastic and always ready and willing to work with me for my daughters needs. The teachers are all warm and caring, and I feel comfortable knowing that both my kidsare getting the same love and attention there, as they are at my home. Id recommend this program to anyone.

Both of my children have been attending KA since they were 3 months old and the experience has been nothing but great. The teachers are excellent and make sure to keep the kids safe, happy, and healthy. I really enjoy the pictures and videos that are provided throughout the day. The administration listens, responds, and reacts to any issues I’ve had (there haven’t been many). Overall, it’s an excellent daycare with an educational focus and I’m extremely comfortable dropping my kids off there each day.

We love Kiddie Academy of Arlington Heights! My children have been attending since they were babies and we have had such a positive experience. The teachers are so nurturing while providing a structured learning environment. They take pictures and videos throughout the day and send home lots of art projects. They also have an on-site chef that serves delicious meal options. The administration has been so great and they really go above and beyond to make sure our family needs are being met. It’s hard being a working mom but it’s so reassuring to know that Kiddie Academy is taking such great care of my kiddos.

Kiddie Academy of Arlington Heights was a perfect choice for my child. I wanted a 3 day program for my child as a jump start into interacting with other children, fine tune some motor skills, and most importantly try new foods without me hovering over her! The teachers in the toddler twos program went above and beyond to help my child with group play, trying new foods, developing new skills, napping at a set time and bless their hearts potty training! It was an added bonus to also be updated on activities via the tadpole app, it gave me reassurance that my childs day was going well and they were happy. While our family has relocated, we will remember our time at KA with a smile.

My daughter has been going to this Kiddie Academy for almost five years and while Im excited about her going into Kindergarten this year, its with a heavy heart because I know she will miss all of the awesome teachers and Mrs Pretti herself because they have all been so kind and gracious to her. My daughter will be going into her school years with a strong foundation for not only learning (shes already starting to read and write), but also with social skills that are going to serve her for the rest of her life. I feel like Kiddie Academy staff members have been partnering with me during some of the struggling times, that all parents go through. I will always be grateful for them. As a working mom, its extremely hard to drop your baby off to go to work - but Kiddie Academy made it possible for me and I will always be grateful.

I’ve never picked up my daughter and seen them on their phone or chatting with each other for example. They are always engaged with all the children.

My son is going to this school now for around 7 months and it has been extremely good experience. He has made really good friends. The school is relatively new but they have done awesome job running it. Teachers are so friendly and caring. Fresh and healthy food is served everyday unlike others schools where kids are given weather frozen food or same thing everyday. They have very good academic schedule focusing on one topic every week and kids are involved in topic related activities. Every occasion is celebrated so nicely and so many events happening on most of the saturdays such as dance party 👌. They give you detailed report of your kid everyday which has details around food, activities, pictures, etc. its so nice to know what he did in school everyday, see pictures and continue the topic at home as well to understand whether he is learning and happy with his school. Overall, I am highly satisfied with the school and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place for their kids.

Our daughter has been going there for about 6 months in the toddler room. She has grown leaps and bounds. She attends twice a week but it’s amazing what she has learned. She signs more, she speaks more, she knows so many songs and their movements, letters, colors, numbers...etc. They’re doing such a great job!

The teachers at Kiddie Academy are not well qualified nor have any college degrees. This is not what expected when you see 5 stars on Google. The directors also have a habbit of combining the classes which causes the kids to feel uncomfortable. And also switching teachers in some cases. I have been told this is not a decision made from the teachers. Overall just a disappointment. Also seen many teachers come and go in a short time which worries me. If youre such a great school why cant you keep great teachers.

Kiddie Academy of Arlington Heights was the first daycare we used for our daughter and I am pleased to say that it was a wonderful experience. They were very patient, kind, and thoughtful with our apprehensive toddler. The facilties are excellent, very clean, very organized and very kid friendly and inviting. The outdoor playground was fantastic and very shaded for those hot summer days. Excellent activities, kind staff, I would definitely recommend KA to other families looking for high quality child care.

I had high hopes about kiddie academy but I was extremly disappointed with the care that was provided to my toddler also to other kids. Since weve started my sons items were missing most were found except one shirt. I also found other kids shirts in his little cubby often times. Stuff getting lost was not concerning to me and I didnt even care if they found his missing items. But with time since these incidents were happining everyday I started to question whether the teachers were paying any attention to kids or what was going on in the classroom. Aside from this I noticed my son had a red spot near his eye almost looking like it was bruced, I didnt receieve an accident report let alone none of the teachers knew what happened. After this incident I kept getting accident reports. I acknowledge that kids fall or get into accidents and I was not mainly worried about that, I was concerned because thinking of my son getting hurt and nobody caring about him or comforting him. The reason I started to think and believe that is also based upon my observations. When I went to drop off or pick up my son I noticed kids would fall or cry for some reason and nobody would pick them up. Kids would look at at me while crying almost asking/begging me to pick them up to give them the comfort they need. As a mom seeing a child like this is a terrible feeling. My son was new to kindercare facility; therefore, we needed little more attention until he got used to it. I would ask his teacher to hold him so I could leave because he wouldnt want to let me go. His teacher mostly would come after I called her name. This told me that the kids are not staffs priority even though that should be the most important thing. One other time I dropped him off again and went to managements office to mention my concerns while I was watching my son from the camera. He was making a crying sound and going after his teacher and she was just walking around cleaning tables instead of picking him up to comfort him first. Manager started to notice my worry and went to the classroom to hold my son to comfort him. Another terrible scene for a mother to see that you are leaving your kids to strangers who doesnt care about kids at all. Our last day when I went to pick him up his teacher didnt greet or talked to me. His last diaper change was so messey because he still had poop between his legs. Also his water bottle was so discusting as I think the water has been sitting in the container probably for couple of weeks as the color was almost greenish. Most of the time I noticed and also warned management about hygine of the kids since their face was always so dirty (I could see food particules, mucus running into their mouth) all they said was sorry and they will fix it. Next day samething happened again. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

After looking at a few daycares/Pre-schools in the area, we enrolled our daughter at Kiddie Academy to get into a preschool program a year before starting Kindergarten. She just completed her year there, and we are sad that her time there has come to an end. From the beginning, we were thrilled with the facility. Clean, spacious, organized, and, most of all, a friendly and genuinely caring staff. Everyone in the center knows who my child is, including the wonderful owner and administrators. That personal touch right there is HUGE in my book. The hours are also very accommodating, especially for working parents. Additionally, they use an app called Tadpoles to keep parents up to date on what the children did that day, ate that day, if they slept that day, and as a communication tool to keep us in the know of happenings at the center.I know there is a great balance between learning and fun here, which is great for children. Learning is fun there! My daughter has accomplished so many things in the last year, that is is ready (and beyond) for school in the fall. I would definitely recommend Kiddie Academy to anyone looking for daycare/Pre-K learning for their children!

Additionally, we needed flexibility for our daughters schedule and they were so accommodating. The facilities are very clean and the staff are wonderful.
