The Center is like home to my son. The Staff are warm and friendly . They genuinely care for my son and they do not hold back any useful information. Ms Kelly is good with prompt replies of emails among other things and Ms Kellys welcomes one with warm smile everyday among other things. My sons teachers are awesome too and I love what I see with the videos and pictures update. Generally I will rate them high. Thank you for all you do.

I have a 9 year old and a 2 year old that have been attending for almost two months now. With my 9 year old being in remote learning they are amazing. Always helping her out when needed. Their was this one day where the school had marked her absent and I called Kelly to see if she was logged on. She not only called me back to inform me she was she just logged in a couple minutes late, she also called me to inform she also notified the school. She and all her staff are always going above and beyond. When my 2 year old started I was so nervous because he had never been with any one else but me. He cried a little on his first day but they kept me informed of everything. I was able to see him on the app and saw how happy he was. He loves it. He is unable to speak yet so he needs therapy and KinderCare has helped my toddler succeed. They allowed the therapist at the daycare but I also see how amazing they are and the bond they created with him. Mrs. Gracie is amazing and always keeps me informed of his progress and is always available when I have questions. It has almost been a month and he now says words he never has said before. The teachers are amazing! I am really grateful and was the best choice I could have done. I highly recommend this daycare. Thank you so much for everything you do!

A really caring group of people! They took such good care of my toddler (we had to move out of the area). The center director, Kelly, handled everything with COVID very carefully. She is so organized and her and the teachers really care about the kids! My son and I miss it!

My daughter joined the center when she was 2, and she has learned so much, with fun and joy. I really recommend Kindercare in South Arlington, professional and serious, especially during the pandemic!

Ive been nothing but please with this center since we started going there. They welcomed us with open arms when our old daycare proved to be sub par. Kelly the center director is one of the most caring people weve met and my daughter loves going to school. Her teachers are absolutely amazing and she talks about them at home, too. We even moved and still drive to this center knowing nowhere else will compare. No wonder my own mother also had me at this center when I was an infant/toddler.

Weve been coming here for years with our 2 children and we couldnt be happier. The staff here really cares about the kids and keeps them engaged and learning instead of just keeping them busy. Would totally recommend this center if you are looking into day care options.

We have been part of this center for over a year. My child has had amazing teachers along the way and present. Since day one, the teachers have made me feel comfortable about leaving my child. I was a stay at home mom for more than the first year of life. So leaving my child the first day was difficult for not only him but me too! I left the center knowing my child is in good hands. And to this very day, I am very happy to be part of this center. The director Kelly, she’s awesome! She’s very helpful in everything and anything you need, she makes sure you and your child are very welcome! You’re always welcome to call and see how your child is going which I did do the first days. Now they have an app that you can download on your phone and they have updated throughout the day, and share pictures! You can always email too, and they will respond through the app. My child loves all the staff he knows, he says bye to all of them. I don’t think there’s enough words to described how much I appreciate the whole center. They treat you like family! As long as I am able to keep him daycare I will not move centers.

This has been my first experience with daycare and Im so happy I chose Kindercare South Arlington Heights. Being an anxious mom, Kelly and her teachers welcome my many questions/concerns via emails, phone calls and in person. They handle everything in such a caring manner and they give me the peace of mind I need to continue my day without a worry about my son. I have always felt comfortable talking to all the teachers who have cared for my son. I also love using the app. It gives me all the information about his day. It also gives you the option to send notes to the teachers(which of course I use). I love seeing the pictures the teachers post of the activities the children are currently exploring. My son is learning so much and hes truly happy there. Thank you Kelly and teachers for a job well done!

My son started going to this center last spring and it’s been amazing. The center director,Kelly is always on top of everything and keeping parents informed.They have a lot of wonderful activities for this kids all year. My son loves it here and the all teachers are wonderful.

Kindercare has been second home home for our now 5 year old. He started Kindercare South Arlington Heights location on January 2016. After day 3 we could see our child feeling comfortable in his new place. Its been close to 3 years now and we are very grateful to all his teachers for having shown him care, kindness and comfort being away from home. He knows all his teachers from the beginning of his time there and still talks about them. Thank you very much South Arlington Heights KinderCare Staff and Ms. Kelly for being so caring and kind to our kids. Great people make great places.

This KinderCare is so awesome. All the teachers are super nice and always so excited to see my kid. Im notn only a first time mom but also a single mom and have no idea what Im doing half the time LOL and anytime Ive ever asked them a question about anything theyre always super helpful and patient and wanting to answer all my questions. They also worked with me financialy when I was in a tough spot I highly recommend this center.
