I absolutely love bringing my son to this daycare. In the few months he has been here I can tell a major difference in how much he has learned. There is always some sort of activity that the kids are doing, he comes home singing songs and telling me how much he likes his teachers. Ms. Jo and the management staff always keep me up to date, and are very professional. I would recommend this center to anyone.

Very disappointed with my experience today on 9/29/2021… I arrived for a school tour this morning but what I got was everything short of that. The lady who spoke to me about the school stood inside of a classroom the entire time holding a baby and spoke to me from the window. I did not receive a tour of the facility. The programs and the curriculum didn’t impress me. From what I could observe from my view standing at the front was that this place needs a complete upgrade and needs proper upkeep care. Everything in the building was old and looked outdated. The smell inside the building was horrible. I’m sure there’s a reason why this school isn’t rated and have multiple bad reviews about their other faculties…I told the lady I would keep looking for something that best fits my child needs. Education is important do not short your children

This daycare has a lot to offer and highly recommended. They provide access to 2 amazing apps Watch Me Grow & Bright wheel.I honestly can not be more thankful than I am for my daughters teachers!Mrs.Erica she’s great! Specially with potty training my oldest when she was in her class got fully potty train with in 2-3 months. My youngest just got moved up to Mrs. Erica classroom and is half way potty train. My youngest had Mrs. Brittany when she was 12 months and stayed in her classroom for a whole year. I have so many positive things I can say. My daughter was a bubble gum with her.I moved from Arlington to Fort Worth 2 years ago and wouldn’t think of moving them. I have to drive at least 25 minutes just to get there every morning but it’s worth it!I love when I check on them thru the app they are always doing activities!! I also get super cute pictures of my daughter throughout the week that I save for memories!.

Love the friendly atmosphere they provide for the children and the play area is covered by trees so the kids stay cool, they also have fun activities for the kids to participate in. What more could you ask for!

I picked up my daughter today with a huge bruise on her cheek. Upon pickup, I was nonchalantly handed an incident form. It only states that my daughter was running and fell around 8:30 am. The teacher who was “responsible”, Brittany, had already gotten off and was called to ask what happened but no answer. No one else seemed to know the actual nature of the incident. However, I WAS NEVER CONTACTED! I even visited the facility around 10:45 am to drop off my daughter’s medicine and still, I was not informed of the incident. The incident report also states that my mother and my daughter’s father, were both contacted and notified. Neither of them received a call. I NEED ANSWERS BRIGHT AND EARLY TOMORROW MORNING. I will be changing daycares tomorrow. I will also be reporting this and requesting a full investigation. I am willing to climb the chain of command to the very top if necessary in finding an answer. Also, I’ll just add that on my daughter’s second day, (we’ve only been here for a month) I picked her up to a diaper so dirty it got on my fingers and shirt. I should have ran away that day! I would have given 0 stars if possible.

My grand daughters attend this daycare, and Ive had a very good experience with Child Time. The girls are engaged and learning. The director and assistant director care about the children and make it easy to resolve issues. The staff are patient and encouraging, and the cook makes a variety of menus that my girls enjoy. If you are involved and advocate for your children you will have a good experience here. The Pre K 3 and 4 instructors in association with the daycare are among the best, recently recognized as 2018 teacher and assistant teacher of the year by Arlington ISD.

Please be careful taking your children here. The director Jo had multiple complaints at other facilities and was moved around by corporate. She endangers the health and welfare of kids in her care. She has had children complain that she pulls hair and is verbally abusive to them!!

Ive read some of the reviews and I can only speak to our experience. My wife had to go back to work and after doing several of her own interviews of potential daycares she decided that Childtime is the one she wanted to entrust with our daughter. The decision could not have been better. Yes she has multiple teachers but every one has been fantastic. We feel that they all have been great partners in teaching her and especially the care they give. They listen, actively participate and most important will try to maintain the continuity of patterns we establish at home. What a great decision on my wifes part and we could not be any more fortunate to have found Childtime.

My son attends this daycare. and they have taught him a lot. i love the teachers, the directors and down to the lady that cooks and helps out where she is needed. the atmosphere is excellent. i visited other places before this place and absolutely loved this place the second i walked in. every person there knows my son by name and greets him and tells him bye when its time to go. they take very good care of him, and i know i do not have to worry about him when he is there. they are also very understanding people too when there is times i have trouble. being a busy mom that has not much time with my son until the weekends, he learns more from them then ive been able to teach. i dont really consider this a daycare where they are just there to babysit my son. i consider this place a school. my son loves going there. the place is clean and well taken care of. they understand the importance of keeping it that way and of taking very good care of my son.

Do not take your kids here! My daughter went here for a couple weeks and everything about her personality changed during the time she was at this facility. They acted like everything was great there but the way your kids act tell you more! Barbara would not let me bring in meals from home or fast food when my daughter wouldnt eat, i would have to pull her out and go elsewhere to make sure she ate every day, they didnt try to help make sure my child was fed every day. I dont mind bringing extra food the days she doesnt eat what is supplied but every child should eat! I pulled my daughter out and made complaints up to corporate after weeks of back n forth they agreed to send me my enrollment fee back due to the circumstances and her needing to go to another daycare facility just weeks after enrollment. I never recieved a check to cover those dues and also never was able to get in touch with the correct people after that point..it is now tax season and the facility cannot find my daughters record to send me a tax statement for the dues paid...of course.. i feel like this is unacceptable. Do not bring you kids here!

All 3 of my kids attend this Childtime. I have 2 boys in the school age program and a daughter in Jr. Pre-K. The boys have had several teachers in their room, but the newest one is engaged with the kids and has them performing skits and such. She also stay on them with their homework. My daughter learned a ton in the community based Pre-K, she can already write her name!!

RRRRRRRRRUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!! My child attends this daycare and EVERYTHING under the sun that you hope and pray doesnt happen to your child while in someone elses care, has happened. I feel like an unfit mother for having to leave my child there daily, as it is the only thing I can afford at the moment. It smells HORRIBLY in the childrens room, the last door on the left(when walking down the hallway)... Theres always trash(not trash from crafts...LITERALLY trashbags) on the floor and BUGS swarming around the trash can... Im not sure what to think of Management... Ive witnessed 1 account of the Director speaking in an ill manner to an employee...If you ask me, theyre over crowded, with not enough employees and thats probably because EVERY week someone has quit!!!! In my opinion, YOU CAN FIND BETTER... Save yourself from worries....
