Since we took our 3 year old there, he was able to eat, use the bathroom and learn...he always say school is fun which is a good thing...I could recommend this place to take your kid.I love the owner so friendly and a nice person,the teachers are awesome.I can say much and much about little steps academy.

Zero stars. i had to take my son out of here. there was an incident where he fell and i got no report and no phone call until i got there to pick him up. then one of the rude employees teachers said my son had bit someone. which i got no report of either, and when i asked why i wasnt informed she said i dont know it didnt happen on my time. Well then whos time was it ? So on the next day i asked the evening teacher. She said no he fell yesterday but i dont remember him biting anyone. For the next few days the owner didnt show her face for me to ask for a report. My sons lip was busted and red and with dry blood. My daughter went for about 2 days after she said that the teacher would grab her hard, and would tell her things. I would not recommend this place at all. aside of the smell of urine as soon as you walk in. Some of the teachers wearing slippers, and sandals. How are you going to run if you need to catch a child, that isnt a safe shoe to wear inside either. To the owner you should have your cleaning staff wait til all of your kids are gone to mop and clean. That is a hazard problem. Wet floors, potential fall risk. Cleaning sprays etc should not be around or near the kids. That lack of security is crazy. Leaving the doors open for anyone to come in and shoot up , or take our kids. That door should remain locked at all times. Only one person should be sitting in the fron to have someone physically sign in the parent and make sure they are on the log for pick up. That 4 digit code all your numbers were falling off. Rest assured that they need to re-evaluate your place. Would you have your kids there in those conditions? The older lady that worked there with glasses however was an angel. I dont know what happen to her . I stopped seeing her there.
