From the very first moment I toured the center to now 18 months later I have not experienced anything less than exceptional childcare for my child. Not only is my child happy and well taken care of but he has also learned so much in his last 18 months of attending this center. From walking to sign language KinderCare has played a major role in his growth and development. The directors and teachers have treated my family with love, companion and understanding through good times and some tough times. They have become more than just a learning center but more like family!Thank you for all that you do!

Most of these reviews seem to be from employees creating new and fake accounts. I am reviewing based off of my true and real life experiences.

I really enjoy the center a lot. all the staff are so great. The director is understanding and try her best to see that everyone is ok and happy. I give all stars to all staff there. Truth be told.. Teachers deal with a lot more than we can think of so i give all thumbs up to them all.

I love love love this center my kids been going here since June. Was new to Arlington and of course was scared at first but the fear of a new center change when I met Mrs. Tenetta and Mrs. Lis. Both made me and my kids feel love and accepted. Thank you North KinderCare for all you do!! Teachers please keep up the Good work😘

The staff here are beyond incredible!!! They are very patient and understanding not only with the children, but the family as a whole. Each of the methods utilized in the classroom is tailored to meet the needs of each child. I love the environment and staff, I truly feel like I’m home with family at this Kindercare (Arlington). Please choose this facility for all of your daycare, after/before school care, summer enrichment, and prekindergarten needs (you won’t be disappointed)

Not clean and the new director can not keep up with the amount of kids she have. To many germs is floating around and the daycare is not clean. Very poor place that needs new management and a new crew of teachers.

Saw kids that with ringworms on their heads an had no business being at the daycare for the safety risk of other kids. This place is nasty please go else where.

ANNOYEDThe new director was rude to me, she allowed my child to be interviewed by the state when they (kinder care) were under investigation without my knowledge and Magically my kids were disenrolled that same day and she had no explanation as to why. That was the middle of june. I have always paid my daycare fee by the 1st of the month if not earlier. When disenrolled i never received a refund for the rest of june nor did i owe them anything. I moved on now I check my credit and they have put a collection bill on my credit. Its November . Im Very upset.

Very nice child care center. They provide nutritious food, teach counting, a ton of sight words, which is very important to develop reading skills during Pre-K stage. A good of teachers.

This daycare was, for a lack of better words, struggling before the new director and staff came about 2-3 weeks ago. Since the change of faces, i have nothing but good words. The place is CLEAN...(and so is my childs face and clothes when he leaves), theres a curriculum that he and i can easily follow, i actually see the teachers INTERACTING, teaching, reading, and doing activities with my child when i pick him up (not just running around recessing) and the place has a overall better energy. Im so happy that they cleaned house and got rid of those bad apples. I wonder whats the real reason behind staff mysteriously and suddenly resigning...INCLUDING the director at the time; but the change was overdue. With this new knowledgeable staff, i trust and feel comfortable leaving my son in their care. A month ago i was shopping for new daycares...today, i will refer Kindercare. Keep up the good work and good changes!

Its ok, Mrs. Kay is nice and so are the other teachers. It can stand to be upgraded and cleaned more but Im not sure whos in charge of that. It has a horrible stench. But hey besides that at least they pick the kids up and I know once I get my child his homework is never done.

This is probably the WORST daycare that my grandson has attended! My daughter keeps getting incident reports about him bumping, or hitting his little head almost EVERY 2-3 weeks. My question is, WHY???

I had my older daughter in this daycare and never had any problems. I took my younger daughter back there because I thought it was a good place. I walked into the infant room and LIA, one of the workers, had her back completely turned to the kids and was talking/gossiping with another parent. It was the end of the day so they had older babies mixed in with the younger ones. When I walked in, Lia didn’t make any effort to turn around and pick up my child to hand her to me which is what they usually do. She just kept talking to the other parent. So I went to unlock the gate to get my baby myself and all of a sudden I hear my child screaming because an older infant was biting her on the arm. I understand that accidents happen and that biting is a normal stage that babies go through. Where I had an issue was that because I expressed that I was angry, Lia (daycare worker) had the nerve to get defensive. Now at this point ALL that should be coming out of your MOUTH is an apology. Although accidents happen you are the worker and you should always apologize in situations like these. Had she not have been NEGLIGENT and had her back turned my child wouldn’t have been bitten. The story doesn’t end there...After she got defensive she tried to bring it back down and tell me she could write an incident report about the bite. I was not in any type of mood to hear what she had to say because 1: my child had just been bit due to her negligence and 2: she felt the need to defend herself because I was RIGHTFULLY upset. So in the middle of her sentence I walked out and shut the door on her. She then (as I’m holding my 8 month old) comes out after me yelling “GET HER! Get HER BECAUSE NOW IM MAD!”. It was inappropriate and unacceptable. The other workers there are awesome and the director followed me outside to apologize but that whole incident was enough for me to pull my child out. Ridiculous!

Never seen a Kindercare like this! Never the less they dont give thier children juice you would think maybe Apple or cranberry. My daughter first day she told me they gave her warm milk. Now I just relocated here and this was the closet daycare for me how ever they dropped my son and when I asked they couldnt explain.. Kind of weak if you ask me. I also feel the teachers should grab students from class other Parents shouldnt be free to walk around other children. If you ask me its just ghetto!

Im surprised by this. My child has been goin to this daycare for 2 1/2 years and I have seen the teachers that work there handle themselves very professionally. I have seen some kids and parents miss treat and be very disrespectful to them. Yes the center isnt too clean they can do a better job in that area. But the teachers are wonderful and the director is amazing. The daycare my child went to before I came here ,they treated my child horrible and I felt like they didnt care. But my child curent teacher does a great job, and my child love her so much and talks about her and the other kids all time. I am very thankful and sorry that you didnt have a good experience.

This center is not very clean there is always food, jackets, and stuff every where. My son has a disability and some teachers were ignorant and mean to him. I didnt have these concerns at the other kindercare my son attended for 4 years. It is very unorganized and no structure. I had a CPS case worker come once a month to see the things that I saw and she started looking for other daycare centers. The director and some of the staff are nice & helpful. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone though the amount of money they charge isnt worth the quality of care!
