Life saver for our family during the pandemic. Deciding whether or not to send our child was one of the hardest decision for our family. Nova KinderCare stepped up to provide a safe and caring environment for our preschool age daughter. Even before CDC guidance was established for daycares, Nova KinderCare went above and beyond with their safety protocols. They established a 6-ft line, made sure that all teachers were wearing masks, they tested every students temperature, and went above and beyond to make sure that the kids and teachers felt safe from a daily protocol perspective. Miss Shelly and Miss Jackie made sure that they communicated with parents and promptly answered email. every day throughout the day we got multiple pictures of activities of what the children were doing through the KinderCare app. They put a lot of thought into creating a fun summer program for the kids. We could not be more pleased! Going into this our daughter had stopped napping. After a few days at Nova KinderCare she was thriving with the structure. She was regularly resting, eating, bonding with her teachers, and making new friends. This is a special note of appreciation for the teachers that showed up day after day to create a nurturing environment during this unprecedented time. Ms.judy, Ms.Simmons, Ms.Josephine, and all the teachers were fantastic.

My daughter had a wonderful time here with teachers, the teachers are really love kids and take care of kids, this is the best daycare that my daughter goes to!

Have had our son at KinderCare since he was 3.5 months old and its just been wonderful for him! His teachers are so kind and loving; they make us so confident and comfortable in leaving our most precious thing in their care while we go to work. He, in turn, is so happy to see them in the morning and is coming along so well! Thank you!

Im sorry to say we were very displeased with the level of care administered at this kindercare location. It seems the staff at this facility were only interested in collecting their weekly fees versus actually caring for our child. They dont act quickly enough to stop the spread of colds and viruses, and hence sickness among students here is very, very high. We had to consistently ask that our child be changed as needed, as she would often come home with diaper rashes from sitting in diapers for far too long. There was also a gas leak at this location a while back threatening the safety of everyone at this center, but it only got the administration to spring to action when the fire department showed up. Think twice, thrice or more before enrolling any child you care about here.

My daughter has been at Nova KinderCare since she was 3 months. The teachers care and love her so much! As a new parent you are always hesitatant leaving your child with someone new but these teachers give you a sigh of relief. Ms Tiffany sends weekly pictures and updates. If you didn’t think a 3 month old can make art work...think again. Ms. Kia is always so warm and welcoming. Ms. Meredith creates inseparable bonds with the children. It is truly a joy having my daughter in their classroom!
