LOVE this place!! When my son was 13 years old, he had become very interested in MMA. At about that same time he was required at school to do an internship/apprenticeship. That is how Grudge came into our lives. He started his lessons at the same time he started his internship. Everyone there has always been very welcoming. It did not take long for my son to feel like part of the Grudge Family. He was there about two years, took approx. a year hiatus and has now returned to lessons, at age 16. He was welcomed back with open arms! I was so happy when he expressed an interest in getting back into it. I think structured sports and activities is so very important in a childs life, beginning at a young age. It gives them confidence, courage, and a sense of being. Thank you Grudge for doing just that for my son! :)

I took a free Strike Fit class at Grudge Training Center and I wish I wasnt on such a limited income so that I could go every week! What a workout! Grudge offers a welcoming and friendly environment, especially for someone like me having no experience with this type of exercise. I was very happy with my experience and highly recommend Grudge.

I am not a fighter. I only take the Womens Kickboxing Class but I LOVE it. Everybody at the gym is nice to work with and its a fun and different workout every time. Thanks Grudge - especially Steele and Luke!

Grudge has been a life changing experience. I enrolled my daughter who was 15 at the time and out of control. Along with help from her coaches my daughter who was showing signs of becoming very troublesome and about to drop out of school, has made a complete 180! She is on the right track now bringing home straight As! Her attitude has improved drastically and she loves the family & friendships she has made while becoming a permanent fixture within Grudge. My son also started taking multiple classes and has also become a happier healthier person. All the classes are great as well as challenging. Stop in and check it out I promise you will NOT be disappointed! Come be part of the expanding Grudge Family!

This is by far the best gym I have ever joined, and I have tried a lot of them out. Its more than a gym, its like a big family. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. I love the F.I.T. class that Steele Mccall teaches. Its really challenging and is never repeatative. I would highly suggest everyone come and try it out!

Went to GRUDGE for the Matt Hughes seminar. The gym has Everything you need and lots more. It mKes it an instantly comfortable training environment. Thanx guys.
