This is karate at your speed, your age and your ability. Theyve done a great job with my ADHD, autistic son. I am able to participate at age 61. They work very hard to keep you safe.

Years ago my friend asked the Sensei to dominate the style of martial arts her school teaches. My friend used simple Shadow Boxing techniques to avoid all her advancements towards him. She told my friend that they dont teach that kind of stuff. Maybe a decent Karate Class for someones young Children. P.S. They Harass and Ridicule The Homeless Near Their Business.

They are caring and good to everyone that goes there. The Senseis are great.
