They put in a charcoal filtration system but after several years the o-ring failed so it leaks. No big deal right ? However they can not tell me where to get an o-ring for the system or supply one. Turns out it is made in Italy. Who puts in an Italian filter housing and tells you it is a normal 10 inch filter housing. Since they cant tell me the model number (nothing on the unit to identify it) and I cant find an o-ring in Asheville I am stuck replacing the whole unit. So I would not bother even calling these people or at make sure they put in US made parts. They are a very difficult to even contact. I would give a 0 rating but you have to give 1 star to post a review.

This company offers the WORST service I have ever experienced. They promise perks after you buy, but they do NOT deliver. They do not answer or respond to phone calls, and they gave me grief over lowering the interest rate because of my husbands deployment. I am pursuing legal action against the company. Save yourself the headache. Go to another company for water filtration!
