Vance has a wonderful staff. My children went to Vance and loved it, now my Grandchildren are going there and they love it.

I think it is bad because my friend went there last year and she said she found a finger nail in her applesauce which is very gross. I also love it because there is a lot a room to play outside, there is a really good garden and trail also there is stuff for all ages just in case you visit.

All of the kids in family went to Vance. This has always been a excellent school.

Vance is located in friendly West Asheville. It reflects the communities welcoming atmosphere. Every morning someone is at the front door to open your car door and welcome your child to school in the morning and often that someone is the principal Cynthia Sellinger. There is a large school garden maintained by parents and community and utilized for curriculum by teachers and classrooms. There is an open door policy to parents- Parents are welcome to come into school to volunteer, have lunch or recess with their child, all they need to do is sign in.

Love this school everyone is very nice and you learn so much.
