Great instructors. Lessons are tailored to fit the physical fitness level of the individual and gradually build up as fitness improves.Very pleased with the amount of knowledge of instuctors Jon and Forrester. Top notch.

Sifu Jon and Instructor Forrester work one-on-one to determine what your goals are, and tailor your instruction accordingly. Forrester is really good with kids, but they will teach anyone of any skill level. I recommend private lessons
