Ray was an exceptional masseuse and found my stress spots and resolved them in 60 minutes. Really appreciated his strong hands, but gentle touch. My back and neck felt very differently leaving.

Today I had my first massage with Moira today. From the time I walked through the door I felt comfortable and heard. She asked many questions before we began and I feel like the bodywork was perfectly aligned with what I needed today. I was in a bit of pain before the massage and I feel so much better now. Ive already booked my next appointment!

This was my first visit to AIM. I picked up a last minute massage to help me with uncontrolled muscle pain and spasms. I booked a 90 minute appointment with the first available therapist and met Moira V. She took excellent care of me. By the time I left my pain had improved so much that I actually forgot about it for the first time in months... at least for a couple of days. It has only been a few days, but so far I have some improved range of motion to my left arm. Thank you Moira. I will be back AIM. Thank you for your services, and making them affordable.

!Chrysalis Massage and Trout America were recommended to me by a friend when I shared I had a pinched nerve that had been bothering me for over a month. Trout was terrific. Warm personality with professional manner and expertise. My issue is much better. Will not be surprised if the malady needs more than one treatment though. I WILL be seeing Trout again! Back several times to be treated by Trout over the last 3 weeks. All massages were super! My pinched nerve is almost gone. My third treatment which was today, left my body humming with content and well being

It was a wonderful experience that I very much appreciate. By the end of the massage I was in a meditative state, like I was standing in plains with my thoughts being galloping horses. Id watch them, appreciate their beauty, but let them come and go without riding them. The massage felt like the ocean, waves of relaxation washing over my body, from my head to my feet. My muscles calmed. The pressure just right. It was a therapeutic time.

I really needed a massage and was pleasantly surprised to find that I could get one in less than 2 hrs from checking the Chrysalis online booking schedule. My expectations were not too high, assuming Id be getting a new graduate. Instead, I received a wonderful massage from a very skilled and experienced therapist, who teaches at AIM. My experience could not have been better and I enthusiastically recommend Chrysalis!

Aimee was amazing! I’m terrible at receiving massages....I’m too tightly wound and end up getting hurt because I never relax. OK, so .. much apologies for this late post as my body was corrected from its decrepit state on Tuesday. This is my second time being there and its becoming more and more obvious that you have some ridiculously talented body workers. Having gone through a shiatsu school years ago and giving / receiving multiple and varied body sessions, I have at least a partially unhindered outlook on the types of work Ive received. Tuesday was HEAVENLY...(image of deer, blue skies, flying fish, white clouds and a frog named Todd in my mind). And who made this a reality...RAVEN. My goodness young lady...you took years off of my life. Might as well have gone in with a plastic scalpel. Tremendous!! I am so looking forward to landing a foot within your fine establishment again. My two boys tend to tighten up my neck, shoulders and back. But after this second session, first one with Jessica, I cant wait for them to torture me some more so I can get knotted up and return.

I have so far had two hour long massages at Chrysalis Massage Clinic and love it. My therapist first spent time with me to understand any aches, pains, etc. I was experiencing and then gave me a full massage which also focused on those areas. The massage went deep into my muscles and tissues but was gentle enough to be relaxing. I leave there totally relaxed and sleep like a baby again.

Really needing a therapeutic massage for a shoulder project,I was hoping to get some good restorative work. Moira far exceeded my expectations. She knows her stuff. And with a good amount of grace, is good at listening, communicating, and implementing her ample knowledge.I am so happy to have found her !

It was wonderful to receive a massage here. My therapist, who came well recommended, was very caring and gave specific attention to my neck and shoulders which were quite tense. I felt very comfortable in her capable hands. And I left so much more relaxed than when I arrived.I think many people dont know that its both a school and a massage therapy clinic, and they offer professional treatments at a price lower than every other spa/clinic in town. I highly recommend this clinic!

I have received massages many times from different therapists at the Chrysalis Clinic. All of them have been excellent! I always come away refreshed and feeling good about myself. The therapists are all very skilled and professional, and I always feel comfortable and cared for in their presence. Raven is magic! I have been looking for a massage therapist for a while and finally found her! She worked every sore spot and even took care of a knee that has made it difficult to drive. She gently moves the body as she applied deep pressure (or light if you prefer) ..... Great nights sleep! Rooms are very relaxing. Next time Im scheduling 90 minutes!

Researched online and found this place.I was received into a calm, pleasant and clean waiting area, filled out paperwork and then was immediately escorted in to a spacious massage room.Based on prior experience I knew I wanted a male therapist, and chose Lonnie, a thoughtful and intelligent man with mad skills. An experienced professional, Lonnie took the time to listen to my preferences and tailor the session accordingly. He gave me a focused, fabulous massage and I felt way better coming out than I did going in. Wish I lived close by so I could get treatment here on the regular, but oh well.This was a great value and a great choice for massage in Ashland. Highly recommended.

As an out of towner I took a chance and had a deep tissue massage with Raven. I get regular massages from an exceptional therapist in my home town so Im always weary about the skill of therapist I dont know. Raven did an excellent job of listening to my concerns and provided an excellent deep tissue massage checking with me throughout to insure she was using the desired amount of pressure. I highly recommend her.

This was my first experience with a professional massage therapist. Honestly speaking, I can now understand why people go in for massages frequently. I feel GREAT! Lonnie worked out some pretty tight muscles in my back and my range of motion has improved quite a bit after just 1 visit. I am definitely going to book another massage with them next month.

I just had a 90-min massage from David and it was really fantastic. I recently had a baby and needed both therapeutic treatment for general soreness associated with lifting, carrying etc, and relaxation. Davids treatment was perfect and the price was incredibly fair. While it may not be as fancy as some other places in town, if what youre after is just a really good massage, I highly recommend AIM. Thanks!

Quality massage where the masseuse listened on what needed to get worked on as well as assessed what was tight and what needed most work. My therapy was closer to Myofascial Trigger Point release which was sustained for the next 2-3 days. The sign-up process is simple (online) and they were dependable and well-priced.

My experience was tremendous. I almost hate to say her name, Jessica, because it might be difficult to book with her in the future if she becomes more popular. It always takes time for a body worker to mesh with a client, and as we worked towards a deeper understanding of the situation, she got into my tissues like a viper, working out a lot of needed chaos. With some reluctance I write this review due to the quality of my experience. My concern is people will learn of the world-class masseuse that Caroline is and it will become difficult to schedule the regular appointments I plan to receive of her outstanding expertise. Despite this reservation, I feel I owe her more than the cost of the massage, and so I let it be known: this has been mana from heaven for my sore bones - and fascia ;)

Luc did an amazing job. I went in with ropes for a body. Luc was attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and gave tips on what I can do on my own. After 2 sessions, I feel like Im floating on air-- which isnt easy when you start out as a brick of tight muscles. I highly recommend Luc for others with a beat up body-- whether it be from sitting all day, every day or from who-knows-what.Im sad to be leaving the state, because I wish I could continue as his client.
