I had an issue with an online order so I visited the Ashtabula store and Dan Buechel (Store General Manager) was extremely helpful. He took the time to help me find what chair was right for me and did everything he could to create a positive customer experience. He went above and beyond!! I would highly recommend this store and Dan if you ever have issues with an order or need help. Thank you, Dan!

I went here to get a poster printed. I did not want a border on my poster; I wanted it to bleed to the edge. The lady who helped me was super nice and sweet, but she said all posters had at least a quarter inch boarder...it felt very strange that an Office Max could not offer me borderless printing, and I asked her about three times if there were any other options to achieve the simple look l wanted.I looked at the software she was using when she printed my poster, and it appeared to be generic run-of-the-mill printing options/settings. Im a graphic designer, so it was underwhelming and made me cringe that Office Max is either: 1) not up to date with printing options or 2) are not training their employees to their fullest potential when it comes to printing.Even though I wasnt fully satisfied, I will say that the price to print an 11X17 was super low. :)Five stars for customer serviceThree stars for satisfactoryThree stars for knowledge of printing#getittogetherofficemax

Went in for some printing. The clerk was very courteous. She was definitely a multi tasker. She took care of 4 people at the same time. Nice personality, appeared to like her job and dealing with the customers. Excellent experience.

22$ to fax 12 papers? You have got to be joking! If I would have know how much it was per page I would have went else where. Truck stops are only 1$ per page. The girl that helped me do it was super nice and she did what she was asked. I didn’t say anything to her because the price isn’t her fault and I understand that.

Staff is frendly. They have great services. Prices are kind of over, but they their services are great. They can print things in color, you can get printers, computers, printer paper, printer cartridges.

Officemax service was good, but getting reamed by FedEx not so much. Prices for the same service throughout the year shouldnt change just because its Christmas.

Quick and easy well-stocked in and out. Very pleasant staff always my go-to place for office supplies.

Went in and shopped for 15 minutes. Got. $240 in merchandise, got up to counter, put my debit card in, the cashier said I needed to push credit.. I did, system timed out, he said to do it again, I did...system timed out again. He said I would need to do another form of payment, as they were having a problem with their system. I said I have a check, he said that won’t work, they are having problems with that. So I wasted my time, called and complained. The manager said , ya sorry! Sad, they lost a sale and future business.

Very responsive staff and great selection. Pricey, but when youre the only game in town, thats what you get.
