Amazing people here! I couldnt have passed my road test without the help of my instructor, Felix. Amazing teacher! He puts in 200% to make sure you understand what you were taught in every lesson. I had practiced at another driving school 7 years ago but I didnt pass my test then. When I started practicing at Ferrari 2 months ago, I was starting from zero, no driving experience whatsoever. He helped me gain the confidence to drive. Hes a firm teacher but sincerely wishes the best for his students and to ensure we are not wasting our time.

Shout out to Fernando and Jessica for helping me refine all the techniques and patiently walking me through my lessons. Because of them, I was able to feel 100% ready and passed my road test without any doubt in my mind.

Instructor was great! Really informative and helpful however this place will do anything to charge you for extra classes. I changed my scheduled lesson to accommodate my instructor who texted me the day before to change my lesson time and yet when I asked to change my next lesson, the following day, to a date closer to my road test, which wouldn’t be for two more months, they refused to accommodate my request.Make sure to book your road lesson close to your actual road test date, they take months to schedule the road test but do not inform you of this when you initially book the lessons.

I highly recommend Ferrari Driving School. The staff is very nice and professional. My instructor Jessica is the absolute best!! She was extremely patient with me and she was very knowledgeable. She worked really hard to help me gain the confidence I needed. Seriously 10/10.

The owner sincerely cares about the nature of his business, staff and driving instructors had always shown a high degree of personal care for my concerns and scheduling while working. Robert Firmat was able to immediately assess my need as a 55 year old returning driver in todays street side restaurants, extended bicycle lane, scooter traffic and pedestrians talk and walk in middle of street attitudes :)Thank you Robert and Ferrari staff for all your lessons.

I had a couple of different instructors, they were all good. They all made me feel comfortable behind the wheel, especially for someone who has never been behind the wheel. But Jessica was a great instructor! I highly recommend her !! But overall everyone from Ferrari were awesome from the staff behind the phone to the instructors!! Thank you Ferrari.

I finally passed the road test after taking lessons with Ferrari Driving School! My instructor Jessica made sure I was confident while behind the wheel, I was barely even nervous before my road test! Her affirmations and positive attitude really helped. I took the road test twice before with another school/instructor and failed both times! I’m so happy I came to Ferrari Driving School!!

Starting with the people who answer on the phone have a bad attitude, they should take lessons on how to respond to consumers. On the day of my road test, the bikes were obsolete. the scooter didnt work a turn signal, another motorcycle didnt have plates and the one I used was very bad. I tried to make another appointment for the road test and they want to charge $299 to rent a bike. thats crazy and expensive

I took a couple classes here at Ferrari with Jessica. I think she is great and the best. I had no driving experience and was very anxious about driving but she helped me get through the fear and really knows how to teach you well. I passed the road test on my first try!

I highly recommend Ferrari Driving School. It is one of the best motorcycle training schools in Queens. I just passed my test yesterday because of the helpful instructors.

Maybe you’re Immigrants, just for payments people talking another language, in my drive road test was 5 min, because the instructor very stressed and talking fast with Mask, I just looking inside car and feeling for road test and 5 min finished! Need payment again for more class, but I was pay for 5h and another instructor say : you’re good driver and good luck in your test! Then I pay more $330 for more class in 2 mount, maybe in may or June! I’m very sad! I was drive for 18 yrs ago and 5 min this guy say “I’m not good driver”! Please! Just money

She is pleasant, welcoming and has a heart of gold. She walked me through the lessons in the most professional way and very easily taught me skills I presumed to be difficult. Great instructors bad attitude with the lady on the dest done a 2 hour lesson on bike #2 was told I could use same bike for test Monday got there the road test inspector wouldnt let me use it cause speedometer was broke used a bike that road completely differently and failed if I knew I couldnt use same bike I wouldnt have picked it bad attitude over all with the people on the phone like calk and cheese the 2 bikes wouldnt recommend them at all

If taking lessons with this school I would recommend taking classes with Felix. He is patient, strict (when needed), and very helpful. I never drove and in my first time taking the road test today I passed based on the knowledge I grasp from Felix. Could not thank him enough! Take him he is a well rounded teacher! I also for the front desk customer service rep. Jaime he is very helpful and friendly. overall I had a great experience with the front desk and school Im glad I invested my money here. (just a reminder Felix only speaks english)

Best Driving School in NYC. Thanks to my instructor Luis, I was able to pass my driving exam. He showed how to park properly, maneuver the vehicle the right way and all of the above. He told me what I had to work on and taught me how to work on those flaws. Thanks to him, I was able to accomplish a lot more than the other school I went to previously. The other school did not teach me so well. I most definitely will be coming back again soon to take highway classes with Luis. Hes a great teacher.

Avoid this school if you can. They are overpriced and overrated. They charge a lot more than your average driving school and when you add up the total minutes/hours they teach, its less than what you can get else where. If you dont believe me, compare prices with other schools. In terms of teaching, their instructors arent any different from other places. Its the opposite of what they advertise. Scheduling a road test is the absolute worst. I had to wait two months , even though I did mine during winter when the least amount of people apply for it. They made me wait for a month to find out when they scheduled it, and when I attempted to change it, they said I would have to wait even more if I did. Do yourself a favor, find another place to do it.

Ferrari is a great school and a good investment. You get your money’s worth. My instructor Felix made sure he prepared me to pass, so I totally recommend. Before Ferrari I went to another school and failed the road test. If you want to pass go to Ferrari.

I had a great experience here. I got my license 6 years ago but hadnt really driven since, so I took a few lessons on the highway and in Manhattan just to make sure I still knew how to drive. The instructors were very professional and accommodating, allowing me to work on whatever I wanted to work on and correcting some of the mistakes I was making from having not driven for years, and I think Im ready to be on the road again thanks to them.

Went here to get road test and car was told it was going to take 2 weeks for them to even give me a date for the road test so I came home and scheduled my own road test and got the test within 21 days call them and told them that I scheduled my own and that I need a car for the ozone Park area they said they dont do the ozone Park area so I said let me get a refund for my money it been 2 weeks now I still havent received my refund I was told by two different people that I was to get my money back with their five to seven business days whats so funny is that the transaction is complete went to the office and then was told it was going to take another week for me to receive my refund very unprofessional customer service do not go there

Ive been to other driving schools but ferraris instructors made me very confident in my driving skills.. Ivan was my instructor and he actually listened to what my driving concerns were and worked with me on everything...

I honestly wish I can give them no stars. Let’s start off with the fact that whenever you speak to someone on the phone they are always super distracted and seem like they are having a bad day. The instructors are so overbooked they don’t remember you nor do they remember what you need to work on smh please don’t go here. I took 8 lessons with this school in total and failed my road test twice. Life happened and I took a break from driving school so I didn’t drive for 6 years. Out of those 6 years I took 5 lessons. When I decided I wanted to go back to driving I then called the school and they re enrolled me. I already had some lessons left prior. My first lesson the instructor fell asleep. It was little to no instructions...complete waste of my time. I called them to switch my instructor because that was unacceptable. My next lessons went fine. On my second to last lesson my instructor told me that I was absolutely ready despite the fact that I had one lesson left. Instead of jumping to the road test I decided to schedule another lesson just to be 1000% sure. When I took my road test the dmv lady was snobby and I failed. My instructor reassured me that sometimes it’s actually the DMV people they clearly have their own quotas to meet and clearly can’t pass everyone. He was shocked I didn’t pass given my confidence and all the lessons I took. I was sooo disappointed. My paper looked as if I never took lessons, everyone in the office was shocked. So I said you know what let me give it another try. I was told I couldn’t book another road test unless I take another class which was ridiculous to me because I didn’t need anymore classes based on what the instructor said. Hugeeee disappointment. Anyways I decided to take the road test again with them and I still failed. I decided now I’m going to another school. No one cares. They only care about MONEY. Please do not go to this school. I should have never continued with them I wish I can go back!!! There are other schools that are worth the money that actually cares I honestly felt like this school and the DMV are in cahoots.

Horrible service! I spoke with ILA and informed her about my case that I have taken the 5 hours already and wanted to schedule a road class and in sequence go to my test. Then she asked me again what I wanted. Then said the price is 225 dollars. My ex boyfriend scheduled the same service 2 months ago and it was 120 dollars, she said rudely that this is the price and has always being this price. ALWAYS? My friend that recommended this place also told me it was around 100 the amount she payed. I’m completely disappointed with the service. I’m a cliente and I’m treated like trash. That’s how nee York goes. So much opportunities that people don’t even care to treat clients with the minimum politeness and decency.

Okay, I just got my license like 5 minutes ago. Thanks to Jason who started working with me from scratch for over 2 months. Big credit to Karmen who go above and beyond please give her a break when she is not in the mood. I love her so much. Aysha is calm and willing to push you over your comfort zone. Please request Jason for highway and Aysha for anything she is good. Please give this place a chance. Please have patience with all staff. I am going to miss them. You need to spend money or do enough class to get perfect results for the exam and ongoing. Again, 45 minutes wont cut it you need 90 minutes to understand the signs and road. Dont be cheap you will not get anywhere

After calling 3 other schools nearby. I called this school and ask SIMPLE question 2 times (phone and text): what is the price for one lesson? (for adult D class). 2 times untill now they did not answer direct question. They keep asking your name, phone number and email. Only based on your info they will give you prices. THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE!Regarding Instructors - my mom took 6 lessons, she driven the car with 2 legs. On 6th lesson Instructor said you should only use one leg.PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. THERE ARE BETTER SCHOOLS WAITING FOR YOU!

HiIf you are looking for a driving school that cares, then go to Ferrari Driving School. I booked 10 lessons plus the 45min before the road test, and I passed today my road test in Astoria first try. The school’s staff are very professional and will make sure you get the right package for you to both learn driving and pass your road test. Also, very important that they have the very latest models of cars that made the learning experience fun.I trained with two instructors due to the very busy schedule: Edgar Alarcon & Luis Vargas. Luis and Edgar are the best; plain and simple. They are great instructors that taught me very well, explained all small details and made sure that I both pass my road test and learn how to drive safely.Arelis is a very nice lady that would walk you through each step and work with you with great deal of enthusiasm, in fact all the front desk staff were great. Jimmy the instructor for the Pre-Licensing course is a very knowledgeable man that made the five hours’ class interesting and not boring at all and I’ve learned a lot.I do recommend Ferrari Driving School for every one. They are good to sell you the driving lessons but if you need to follow up or change something it is horrible! No one reply your calls and it’s really hard to talk to someone solve a little problem. They are just too busy and can’t handle the demand!!!

I would highly recommend Ferrari Driving School! When I first began at the school I didn’t know anything about driving but with Laura the driving coach’s patience and teaching methods I passed my road test on the first try!! At first I was afraid to drive but with Laura, I felt safe and ultimately confident with my driving. Also, I was dreading taking the 5 hour class but the guy that taught it made it fun and entertaining and it flew by. Overall, I am so happy I went with Ferrari and I wouldn’t have chosen any other way!

This school is great, I went for my Class A license. There was a safe driving consultant her name is Ariela who helped me from the start. She was the most helpful customer care person I’ve ever dealt with. She walked me through it step by step and even gave me a courtesy call after my test to congratulate me.I received my class A in one month time. I highly recommend this school for you driving classes.

My Girlfriend went here and the instructors were not patient as they should be, I guess they fail to remember people who goto driving school don’t fully understand the rules of the road and need guidance, the instructors at this school would not give you the confidence needed to pass your road test and teach you to become a good driver. Highly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

From booking with James, who was so helpful and friendly as well as general interactions wth the office that I had, they were so professional. Jim, who did the 5 hour class was funny, helpful and informative. The real and absolute star has to be Laura, the absolute best instructor. From day 1, she was kind, patient, funny, pointed out what I was doing wrong professionally and recommended areas to work on and encouraged me when I did it right! If you are serious about passing your road test, ask for Laura. In my opinion, even though I did the work, Laura wad a huge part of it and Im grateful to her for that. Thank you!

Terrible place, I had my fiance that took classes here and she learned absolutely nothing, they also gave her the wrong address for the road test and we ended up getting there late and had the audacity to blame her for it. Shame on them, If I can give negative stars I would.

BEWARE!!! For any drivers that really want their license, do not give your money to this company. They are quick to charge a high price, yet fail to give the consumer premium service.I had to call multiple times for a response, which they never returned, I had to go in person to get information. How does that make any sense? I should not pay a premium price and receive below parr customer service. Also EACH receptionist I have spoken too has a horrible attitude problem and I refuse to give them anymore money when they treat people so rudely. They are very condescending and ruin what should be an amazing and fun experience. I wish I had read the reviews before taking lessons. Youre better off at any other school!!

All I can say is Laura is the best! I had huge issues with parallel parking and Laura taught me some amazing techniques to finally get it. I passed me road test on the first try! Highly recommending her to anyone I know that needs a good driving instructor.

Ferrari Driving School does a great job of laying out exactly what you need to do in order to get your drivers license. Its important to realize that you should spend the money to invest in your safety to thoroughly learn how to handle a vehicle and feel confident going into your road test. Through Ferrari, I did a couple of 90 minute lessons, took the 5-hour classroom course (required for the road test), and was taken to the road test along with a 45-minute practice beforehand. Huge shout out to Robin M. for taking me on my 2nd road test (passed!) as she gave me the best tips and know-hows for passing my road test. If you are looking to get your drivers license, I recommend checking out Ferrari Driving School and ask for Robin as your instructor! She does a thorough job of ensuring you feel prepared for your road test and keeps you calm when youre feeling the anxiety.

I would highly recommend Ferrari Driving School! Arelis from the front desk was very helpful. She was always quick to call back and answered all my questions. My instructors Rodolfo and Francisco from the Bronx location were very informative and knowledgeable. I passed my class A from the first time.

After failing my road test multiple times I almost lost hope in trying to get my driver’s liscense. I tried other driving schools and I still wasn’t able to pass. I wasn’t so keen on Ferrari at first because I thought the were expensive, but it was worth every penny. I practiced with Robin, who really took me out of my comfort zone by driving on the highway and showing me exactly what I needed to work on. I recommend her!!

I find Automatic cars are too easy to drive. As a frequent visitor to England as well, I thought it would be a good idea to get some lessons driving a manual car. The instructor was extremely hyper but also helpful in pointing out my mistakes and giving good tips. The car was a decent Volkswagen Jetta, but the clutch felt understandably worn out. Would have been better If Id gotten past 3rd gear, but cant really complain as there arent many places in the United States, let alone NY to learn how to drive a manual car...

WOW! ALFREDO!!! MOST AMAZING INSTRUCTOR EVER! HE CHANGED MY LIFE FOREVER! Let me tell you my story. I was an inexperienced driver and I only drove once with two feet😂 which is awful and I read Google Reviews and someone said pick Alfredo as an instructor in one of the reviews here. From the minute I stepped in the car with Alfredo. I knew I made the right decision picking him. My first lesson it rained hard and he made me so comfortable even though I was inexperienced. His stories and conversations really taught me life lessons and it was truly beyond a driving experience. He always talks amazing about his colleagues and the driving school. I PASSED MY FIRST TRY!!! Without him I would’ve never been able to learn so much!! Please give him a raise. When I become successful, I can’t wait to give back to them. Yvonne was excellent as well. Love them. ❤️❤️❤️

I just want to start off by saying Ferrari Driving School is the best school ever! My instructor Laura was literally the best Instructor. It was my first time driving and Laura taught me everything I needed to know. She was extremely patient with me and guided me in the right direction. I can’t thank her enough.!!! Today was the day i took my road test and i passed on the first try! Laura you are literally the best.. Thank you!!!!!

I passed my road test on the first try last week after a few months of taking driving lessons. My instructor was Miriam. She did not waste any time when we took lessons and made sure I practiced everything I needed to work on until I perfected it. She’s an awesome instructor. I honestly miss her now that I got my drivers license and will probably go back and take some highway lessons with her. She made me feel very comfortable. Almost like being with a family member.I was always terrified of driving but now feel really comfortable and confident on the road.****I suggest you book with Miriam. This is my experience. All instructors are different.

I signed up for lessons with Laura and passed on the first try with no driving experience to start with. Ferrari is good about being professional and keeping you updated, and can help get you a fast road test date when you ask them. Definitely recommend learning here.

Ferrari is the absolute best! I was nervous about passing the road test, but my instructor equipped me with everything I needed to put me at ease and drive with confidence. Laura, Laura, Laura, the wonderful Laura! Learning process has never been easier and more pleasant than with her!Seriously, book your lessons with her, and you’ll see what I mean.I’ve learnt so much from her! And today I’ve successfully passed my test!(after failing my first two 3 months ago) I couldn’t have done that without this wonderful lady!I knew that I wanted to take classes with Laura since I came across her YouTube channel (her videos are super helpful, so check them out -‘ Laura the driving coach’), and this is how I found her, and this is the only reason I came to this school in Astoria from uptown Manhattan.Sadly, the customer service, wasn’t as great as my instructor was, and the only reason why the school gets 4 stars from me, its because of Laura (she deserves all 10 out of 5).But she is an everyone’s savior, I hope everyone at the “Ferrari” knows and understands that.Anyways, if you don’t have a driving license yet, but really want to obtain one, the key is - you need to be really dedicated to it and to have lots of practice with an amazing, highly professional and very experienced instructor (like Laura), and soon you’ll be a successful confident driver. Laura was my driving instructor on the day of my road test. This was my first road test and first driving course - man I dont think I would have passed my road test without Laura. She was so patient and gave me solid notes and critiques that were readily applicable for the test. Dont give up on yourself & Dont get thrown off by the testers demeanor were highlights.I would highly recommend Laura as an instructor. High marks!
