Attended an ACHA division 1 hockey game, Ohio University against Iowa at Bird Arena. Unfortunately the OU Bobcats lost!

The Ohio University town is a really cool college town. Different than most, as its an actual town not just a campus. Kinda reminds me of the ski town of Breckenridge, without the mountains of course!

Both daughters are students here and love it.Their mom and i enjoy visits too, very nice area and town.

A few big changes but the campus is still beautiful!

Very nice, polite and amazing people, the only downside is if your a conservative because Ohio University is very partisan of left beliefs. My advice for right-wingers is to be non partisan or just flat out A-political. People are polite, but your chances of making friends are slim without left opinions or else just not sharing them at all might be the best idea to go with. if your a student and you post a conservative opinion on social media please be aware that expulsion is a possibility.

BSJ class of 71. Wife is class of 73. Daughter is class of 03. It was great then and still is. Beautiful campus, Court St still has its charm. Campus a little empty right now -- only 30% of undergrads on campus.

Excellent faculty. Received Education Reading Certificate. Rigorous and thorough curriculum. I’m a better teacher because of this program.

As my senior year is coming to an end, I am sad to leave this school. I have made unforgettable friends, some through my sorority and some not. I feel like I have gotten a wonderful education and know I will easily be able to find a great job. Athens and OU have a mix of every type of person so no matter who you are you can find your place here.

I was born in Columbus Ohio. Several of my friends went to Ohio University.If you stay away from too much partying, it is a great University.I have JD and MBA from other Ohio Universities. I want my daughter to go to Ohio University. Her grandfather play football (Hall of Fame) and graduated from Ohio University.

Horrible place. Students were abusive and discriminate towards certain groups. Also campus police were lazy and did not do their jobs.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Applied over 2 months ago with no acceptance letter or denial letter. No nothing. Emailed them three times over 2 months about my application and got the same email every time. In final part of the decision process for over a month.

From the moment I applied I somehow knew Id be attending this university, and I have to say Im so glad to be here! Everyone Ive ever dealt with, from professors to financial aid staff to the administration of the School of Art + Design, has been very kind and helpful. Because of its histrory and architecture, the campus resembles a private university or a New England town, and the state parks nearby are equally gorgeous.

From the minute I set foot on campus Ive been in love with Ohio University. Nothing compares (not even OSU since apparently Bobcats are wannabe Buckeyes). Beautiful campus, wonderful atmosphere, great education. Its truly a magical place and its definitely my home.

This school is haunted, just a warning. A video claims this is the most haunted campus in the USA, and one of the most haunted places in the world. I wouldnt want to be scared to death at a haunted university like this.

OU is such a wonderful and beautiful campus!

I attend Ohio University as a MBA student online. I have been extremely impressed from the moment I first applied until the present. I am beginning my next to last class next week and have loved every minute of my academic experience at OU. Although I attend online the online MBA program has a mandatory on campus residency. It was one of the main highlights of the program for me and I am pleased that I had the opportunity to visit the beautiful campus and interact with my fellow students and my professors. I have felt from day one connection ted to the Ohio University community. Those who say that OU is only for those who cannot get into Ohio State are completely wrong. That is like saying that people chose Michigan State because they cannot get into the University of Michigan. There are different options for those looking for a different experience. I had many options where I could have attended and chose Ohio University because it was right for me, and due to its outstanding reputation and sincere desire on the part of the facility and staff to see students succeed. By the way Ohio University was the very first college in Ohio and the first in all of the Northwest Territory. It was simply the best academic decision that I could have ever made! Thank you Ohio University!

Will be completing RN-BSN online programs with honors this December. Accelerated learning with lots of support from faculty and ancillary staff. If youre a motivated and disciplined learner who can manage his or her time efficiently, this is the program for you. It is also extremely affordable. I will effectively almost double my salary and prospects for less than $10,000!

Tried to talk to an admission advisor at computer science school and its been 3 weeks, I am still not able to get any valuable response.... What an efficient department!!

Partee school! Also one of the most positively unique places on Earth, i think, as indicated by some of these other reviews also. A lot for architechture and pristine nature buffs to absorb, besides uptown and the party college stereotype. You could easily come here for a weekend but get lost here forever. The place has a special magic that tends to linger with you.

They have the worst admissions process of any school! I applied 7 months ago with no response and they wouldnt return my emails/calls. Now I finally have got ahold of them and they tell me I need to pay to apply again. I will never go to this school and I recommend you find a nice respectable school as well not this place. What a joke of a school!
