Awesome School. They are a phenomenal learning facility. Al Bing is a wonderful teacher. He makes learning insurance rules and regulations fun. I couldnt recommend them more.

Great class! Ms. Shirley has excellent teaching skills and makes the material easy to understand. She is very knowledgeable and has a caring spirit and wants you to succeed with passing the exam on the first attempt. Would recommend this company for training.

I took this class last week. It was such a horrible experience for me. I was terrified to even ask a question in the class room, Al Bing SCREAMS at you and degrades you for asking any sort of question(s). He says “that is not on the test. Everything I am showing you is on the test”, yet they give you quizzes that YOU DID NOT LEARN in the classroom. Completely skips Crime Insurance which is on the exam. Ocean and Inland Marine, yet he gives you quizzes on it.. I sat there confused taking the quizzes since I learned absolutely nothing in class that corresponds to the quizzes. There is no PowerPoint, you purchase the study guide which is photos on your screen. Seriously, don’t waste your time. He is grumpy older man who sincerely does not care. He won’t stop after class and see if anyone needs help and revert back to what he was teaching. He ends it at 5pm. Sometimes it is confusing to understand as you have to hurry up and write down what he is saying. Bad experience. Go somewhere else or request a nicer teacher. I would like a refund since this company lied and I will receive it from issuing a dispute from my bank.

HORRIBLE....This company is UNPROFESSIONALDont waist your money!The trainer literally screams at you the entire class, no PowerPoint or any visual to follow along and he gets upset if you ask a question.Exam FX is 1/3 of the price and they included EVERYTHING material, both visual and auditable.I enrolled and paid for class August 4th and ordered book, my book didnt arrive when class started on August 24th, class was suppose to start August 14th but it was rescheduled after several emails and complainants a nice young lady hand delivered book to my door, only to have book with miss spell words.The instructor appeared to inebriated, hes confusing and all over the place, gets upset when you ask a question.I received a call from the owner and expressed my concerns with school he hung up on me and kicked me out of the class. I will be expecting a full refund.Update:I had to dispute transaction with my bank they refused to refund me my money with out providing services. This company needs to be shut down!

I had a great experience with R.S. Thomas Training Associates. I learned alot and the staff were very nice. Ms. Shirley is an excellent teacher and she has such a beautiful spirit. The staff even gave me referrals once I received my license. I would give a rating of 10 stars if I could. I definitely will recommend family and friends to receive services from here.

I took the class I had an amazing instructor Mrs Howard she is awesome and was an excellent instructor! I passed the class on the first try. If you really want to pass the test this take your talents to R.S Thomas!

The best training school to attend. Every staff member and instructor knows their information they are teaching. The owner is also wonderful. The classes are priced very reasonable. They all teach you the information that is needed to pass the state exam on the first try. I will continue to refer people entering into the insurance and financial industry there for the best training.

I just finished the 40 hour class with Al Bing last week and passed the PA test the first try this week. I have to give credit where it is due! This is probably the best program around. Everything that Al taught was on the test. I would highly recommend this program to anyone!AL you are the man! Thank you for what you do!

I did not pass my exam on the first try but I know it was because I had too much going on in my personal life. I missed it by 4 questions.As promised I was able to take the course over again for free. Al Bing is AMAZING. He helped me realize the areas that needed more focus and I treated my 2nd time through as though it were my first. I took all his notes!!! During my exam I heard Al Bing in the back of my head reminding me its common sense everybody. I passed the exam and now I am a licensed agent. Thank you so much for providing me with the information needed, and for being a character Ill never forget. Thank you Al Bing and RS Thomas.

This place is exactly what you need if youre looking for a more hands-on face for face experience! Mrs. Shirley is amazing including the entire staff. Everyone makes your feel welcome and answers all of your inquiring needs. I was also introduced to Mr. R.S Thomas himself! Hands down the best training center to attend!

I completed the P&C pre-license 40 hours course here. The Admin staff is great and well organized. Would have been 5 stars with Mr Thomas, the founder, teaching this class. Glad I made it the five days. The cafe in building 1100 on the 2nd floor is good. Im off to study in preparation of my three licensing exams. It was nice to find a local training to sit in-class versus online.

Both Mr. Bing and Ron are extremely knowledgeable. They not only teach the correct material but they teach it to you the RIGHT way. I took their 40 hour course and passed the State test the following week.

Just took the property & casualty state exam passed it on the first try. Lit was nerve racking. Al Bing did what he said he would. He prepares you to pass the exam. The rest is up to you! Thanks Mr. Bing!!!!!!!
