My child attended this daycare for over a year. I thought I had really found a place that truly invest time with the kids. I mean they seemed so organized when I first toured the school. They only do tours on certain days to not disrupt the learning and then before you start enrollment you have to meet with your childs teacher so that they understand your needs as a parent. Wow! I though this was great and on top of that the school looks really nice. Well unfortunately that is all a LIE! I thought that since I am paying somewhat of college tuition for my child to attend daycare that my child would receive if not by far the best care. If your child has attended daycare previously and you think because you bring them to Bright Horizons at Atlantic Station because its bigger and looks nicer, think again because their staff is no different than were your child may have come from. The teachers DO NOT CARE. When you enroll your child they tell you about the 4 to 1 ratio. Well thats a BOLD FACE LIE! They have about 20 kids with only two teachers. There are two teachers in the morning when dropping your child off and then you may get two more teachers who arrive in the afternoon but then you lose the two morning teachers. Majority of the teachers seem like they do not want to be there. I have had a few occasions were I had to talk to the Director of the school about the treatment my child was receiving. Dont ask the teachers to do anything extra for your child, this is such a huge issue because they do not want to be at the daycare with those kids. I have seen one of the teachers get really aggressive with a student and the Director is aware of this behavior but the staff member is still working their till this day. Maybe she was talked to but there is no way she should be around children, her attitude alone lets the parents and staff members know that she does not like her job. Parents be very cautious when enrolling your child. I know it may look nice from the outside but once you get familiar with this place trust and believe you will see what I am talking about. Hope you dont have to have your child suffer. I really dont like the fact that I have to take my child to daycare but unfortunately I have to work and I thought I found a great daycare when I enrolled my child here but NO WAY! The service I received is no different than paying someone $100 or $50 a week to care for your child. They really fooled me at this daycare.

We had a great experience with The Bright Horizons, Atlantic Station. They cared for our daughter as if she were their own, they kept us updated on the good and the bad (kids will be kids!) and their teachers were always engaged with the children whenever we stopped by. The teachers would share when our child was doing something that indicated a new development type achievement or even something fun they thought we may enjoy learning about our child. They share pictures and daily logs of food, diapers and generally what the kids did that day. They informed us promptly when a couple highly contagious things swept through like pink eye and offered information about what to look for in our child. Tuition was comparable to the market in that area and the provided food seemed pretty good. We only left due to a relocation, otherwise, we would still be there!

They take amazing care of my son. Everybody knows name and it is such an inviting atmosphere. I would never consider taking my son out of their care.

The teachers here are extremely caring and the director does a great deal to show her dedication to both the families and the staff.
