My daughter is treated like one of their own. She absolutely loves going in the mornings. I am so thankful for the staff who can accommodate my busy work schedule. She is learning positive practices everyday!

Rude employees. Spend a lot of time gabbing in the parking lot. Never see any kids outside. Have to be desperate to place your child here. Only good part is convenient to hospital.

At least one employee advocates rape and sexual abuse, and actively preaches that advocacy on facebook. This is not the kind of person i would want watching my children.

I am deeply concerned by the character of your employees, and your hiring practices. One particular employee, Ms. Ivey, has made a joke in poor taste on social media, further victimizing members of the #metoo movement, a movement for victims of sexual violence. Ordinarily, I keep my nose to myself on such matters. With her teaching young children, I find it difficult to sit in silence. I feel that her lack of concern for any consequence of publicizing such hateful words is reflective of your practices as a school. It was incredibly insensitive, unkind, and unacceptable. It is a sad world when people value their own entertainment over the wellbeing of others. I certainly hope this isn’t the approach that you intend to teach to children who attend your program, and that you as a school are more sensitive in responding to children who are hurt by offensive language than what I have seen from her. You aren’t teaching survival skills, nor tolerance, by allowing people to preach hate or make jokes upon those who have already been victimized. Parents and the public have every right to be advised as to the character of teachers to whom their children may be entrusted. I am requesting appropriate measures to ensure that this sort of behavior is not tolerated, such as a direct reprimand and sensitivity training. If and when proof of reparations have been provided, I may amend this review to reflect that.

I had two kids went to the day care at different times. I would say 10 years ago i would rate it 5+ if i could. It was a nice facility with highly qualified teachers and staff. But things started to deteriorate about five years ago when they had a new center director at the time when my second child was about to graduate. They let some great teachers go, incident of leaving kid on the bus undiscovered only after some parents reported. Not sure if the single assistant director who never had any child but only dog is still there, but she was so mean and had no concern for parents feelings or kids well being. It was terible in the final months we were there. The center was affiliated with st. Joseph hospital so staffs get priorities on waiting list and also pay discounted rate. Yes, there used to be a longer than 6 month wait, even with sibling or hospital staff priority. But things have changed, they now encourage referals. They also has one prek class thats funded by the state lotto program so its free if you can get in. The trick is that they have two rising classes but only one prek class, which means youll have 50 percent chance of winning the lottery. The general perception is that they are better than prek program at the home elementary school.
