This is the worse place to get any license. The owner is breaking down the courses and over charging for each one when you can go to a school and get your complete cosmetology program for a lesser amount in the same amount of time. The way they have payment plans setup is a threat to your personal credit, while they’re getting paid upfront through a lender they tell you to borrow the money from, if anything like “life” happens and you cannot pay your Bill “ the lender your borrowed from” the collector will come after you trying to collect your money, license or no license. That’s not a owner who cares about their students. That’s a owner covering their expenses who cares more about paying their bills even if it means your emergency may cause you no license and damage your personal credit profile. You can do way better than this in Atlanta, there are many schools who aren’t over charging and will provides you with the full cosmetology program and your license in 7 months or less! Just do your research and be patient, because style mob likes to take advantage of anxious students looking for convenient ways to get their license in their area. It’s worth going somewhere else!

My mom went on a Tuesday at 6. Javaris Williams did her hair and he was very professional with excellent customer service She is very picky about her hair. We loved the blunt cut, middle part sew-in with leave out. I am very happy with their services.

It’s really a dream come true to be apart of the FIRST HBCU cosmetology school ! Since the first day of school SMU has felt like a home away from home. All the instructors are truly genuine and more than helpful. They push for us to learn and understand everything we need to pass our exams as well as becoming the hairstylist we dream to be. I had the privilege of coming in for a shampoo. I literally didnt want to do it myself for the price I was going to pay. The service was amazing. The environment was relaxing. I didnt know if I was in a salon or an school based on the setup and the professionalism carried throughout the process. The instructors were very hands on and and knowledge lable...
