I love this place. It is very welcoming! I’ve been taking pole dancing classes here for about a year now. Instructors are not just pole dancers, they really are very well trained to teach how to pole dance.Who should take classes here? Literally anyone, I’ve seen all body shapes, all ages, all genders and people with a lot to no dance experience. Everyone can do it at this place.For those in doubt, just take an intro class of your choice and give it a try, it’s only $20, I promise you won’t regret it.Also, they have their own app which makes it very easy to book a class, see the schedule and who will be the instructor. Catalyst, SubXero and Indigo are my personal favorites.

Literally the best place in the world to workout. I can’t recommend Pole La Teaz enough if you’re looking to get into pole, silks, or Lyra. I went from zero rhythm to an acrobatic circus performer in 9 inch heels. Do yourself a favor if you’re looking to start somewhere in your aerial journey and start here.

My friends & I had the absolute BEST time for my birthday! Their website is very easy to navigate, it is thoroughly detailed with descriptions & prices! All of the communication was great, the emails with all the info to share with my guests & the phone call was great! The studio was very nice, the lighting, the poles the sound was awesome! Everything to make you feel like your alter Ego! Our instructor Milan was just a sweetheart & did her best with the ones who just couldn’t get it right LOL!! Our hour was filled with a whole lot of laughs & learning new things!! I was so very happy for my day & my guests had a wonderful time too! The only recommendation/suggestion I would give is that you follow the directions on their site & that they provide, not the GPS! Other than that THE BEST!!! I’m definitely going back!!

From the moment I walked in with my bachelorette party, we were greeted with enthusiasm and a friendly face. Encore was our instructor and she was absolutely fabulous and gave us all a personalized experience and even took photos of us at the end! It was amazing and is now a must do for my group. Attended a beginners pole dancing class and thoroughly enjoyed it. We learned some basic moves and given the opportunity to embrace our sensuality. I plan to go back!

Overall myself and my guest loved my two hour party. It was super fun and the music was great. The only part I did not care for was the badgering for tips by the front desk receptionist. We brought enough cash for the final payment since only the deposit could be made online. In the past, classes Ive previously been to, be it a fitness class or a dance class, there was never such an emphasis placed on receiving a tip since it was a paid class. I discovered from my guest that prior to me exiting the aerial silks room (I was the last one), that the receptionist made it her business to continuously mention the tip to them and then proceeded to inquire about a tip once I approached the desk. I did ask the receptionist if she had the instructors cashapps, paypal, or zelle information available to tip electronically, and unfortunately she did not. I personally just think the badgering was distasteful, especially when we paid good money for the party itself.

All of their classes are fun and empowering and they have excellent teachers. I love the music and vibes plus learning new skills

Wow! There’s so much to say about this place. Honestly I started with just a group class for a friend’s birthday and just the customer service alone from the instructor, made me sign up for a class by myself! Almost a year later and I am still a student at this studio! The instructors are AMAZING! So knowledgeable and friendly. The environment is very warm and encouraging to any level or difficulty. I can’t say enough about this studio! If you’ve debated taking a pole class or alternative fitness class, choose Polelateaz! You won’t be disappointed!

The instructors break down the moves and they have open sessions so you can practice individually. So far I’ve taken pole series at Polelateaz and a silk (aerial yoga) series at their sister studio Sky Barre. I love that I have a fun and creative way to stay active!

I’ve had a great experience at Polelateaz since I started taking classes 18 months ago! There is a great variety of classes to try, and the instructors are so friendly and knowledgeable. Even in drop-in classes, the instructors give you individual attention to help you improve. I have fallen in love with Lyra and I’m working my way through the leveled series. I also like that there are several membership packages to choose from which was helpful when I used to travel extensively (pre-COVID) for work. As a chronically late person, I did have to get used to the late policy (not permitted to attend class if 10 minutes late) but this policy is very clearly stated when you sign up for classes so I make sure to get there on time or early. I highly recommend this studio for dance and exercise!

This review is specifically for the female instructor that taught the private class on 2/27 from 5-6pm: HER ATTITUDE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! First of all, the class itself was almost insulting. $35 for us to twerk and flip upside down?! Very pre-school and not at all worth the money. Additionally, our group paid for a 1-hour private class, which she stopped at 5:45pm to allow us to take photos (which basically translates as 15 minutes of us standing around, waiting for her to get off her phone). However I wouldnt even mind the poor quality class if her attitude was better. Our group was there to celebrate a birthday, so we expected to walk into a class with a cheerful, happy instructor. Instead her cant be bothered attitude was extremely disappointing and made the class very uneventful. Also, three people in our group ended up walking in 8 minutes late. Instead of being a professional she intentionally ignored the three and left them to figure out how to catch up. Late or not, these were three people that were still paying her!!! Then, halfway through the 45-minute class, she made sure she pointed out the fact that three people were late. Now I understand late arrivals can be annoying for dance classes. HOWEVER, lets not forget the fact that this was a private class and our $35 per person allows us to do what I want. We were not on her time, she was on ours!!! Finally at the end of the class, while standing around twiddling our thumbs for 15 minutes, we kindly asked her to take a group picture and she said she would... but at the end. At the end of what exactly?!?! She had already cut the class 15 minutes short while she stood around scrolling through her phone. The fact that she made a point to embarrass paying customers because they were 8 minutes late, then had the audacity to have us standing around for 15 minutes was one thing. But again, this whole cant be bothered attitude was the worst!! The entire atmosphere in the class was not fun or exciting at all because of it and now, its too much to ask of her to take a group picture?! Long story short, she did end up snapping one picture of us... but needless to say we will not be back. This girl is definitely NOT a professional instructor and she should not be teaching anything as far as Im concerned. I cant speak about the company as a whole... but she definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and we will NOT be back, nor will we ever recommend PoleLaTeaz!

A friend introduced me to Pole La Teaz back in August. I took Intro to Pole, and then I took Intro to Lyra. I am officially HOOKED! Just finished Beginner Lyra 1 with Flutter who is AMAZING! Now we are on to Beginner 2 and we’re having a blast so far! Every time I leave class I feel beautiful, sexy, and like a little bit of a badass! It’s one of the best parts of my week. Thank you ladies for all that you do 😘

After being a year out of practice from lyra, silks, and pole, my former instructors recommended Polateaz when we moved. Coming in to a new studio with new instructors and a new community can take getting used to, but Ive had nothing but good experiences so far. Cheryl, who manages registration, was very accommodating when I bought a 30 day pass and asked to move my start date. Id also like to give a shout out to Giselle, who teaches Barre Bootcamp, for being very welcoming and encouraging. Everyone I have met in class had also been positive and friendly. Im looking foward to the upcoming burlesque lyra workshop and re-honing my aerial skils.

Amazing so much fun and a great work out

This was the best thing I have EVER done. It was my very first time even thinking about a pole class and Candi was amazing. The environment was so fantastic. Women inspiring other women! The class, the atmosphere, the vibes, everything. Perfect.

Would give no star if possible. Was in ATL for a 50th birthday event. Given I am from out of town I got lost trying to find location and was 10 minutes late. They would not let me join the class with 10 plus of my other family that were there nor would they refund the money I paid for class. This is after they changed the time on the class as well. Now the very fine print does say arrive 15 minutes early but says nothing about if you are 10 min late you cant participate because it is a public class and after the warm up period. I was even willing to sign the waiver which releases them from any responsibility. I just wanted to join my family. Again they refused and would not even allow me to tell my family why I was not in class nor would they provide a refund. I left very angry and told them they should put their 10 min policy in bold print and include it in the numerous emails and text messages they send leading up to the class. Horrible customer service. Management would not come out to talk to me. The lady at front desk is spewing out all this garbage about policy. I have no problem with policy as long as I know what it is before hand. I do not recommend them at all!! They basically stole my money!!

I had such an amazing time at the Hustlers workshop. I have taken pole a handful of times and being in this workshop reminded me how much I love it and how a great instructor can make it accessible for everyone. Hot Sauce was incredible, so encouraging and knowledgeable. Will definitely be signing up for a class series!

I was sent an email stating that my money who’d be refunded after buying class pass due to requesting my temperature be checked on my wrist rather than my head. I took a class and when it was over the manager was on an employee cell phone stating if I didn’t like their practices I should write to my Congress. After explaining that I know nurses that also practice using tbt temperature check on the wrist as we know UV rays can damage your body let alone brain cells and decalcify your pineal gland. The manager shared that she too was a nurse of 10 years and basically if I didn’t like the company practices I don’t have to come back. It’s said because I loved the classes but the Managment just had poor customer service. Never once did she take into consideration or even appease the customer and say we would look into it. Never once did she ask me if I even have time to stay and talk with her because she did not care about my time. Never once did she even ask me if I enjoyed the fitness studio. I too work in management and this is definitely the best way to lose clients and i was blocked on IG.

Great place with great people. I attended the workshop sampler and I loved all of the techniques, but aerial silks are my favorite. It was my first time trying them, but I really enjoyed it. Ill definitely be back in the future. Also the instructors were so nice and informative. A no judgement zone as well, all types of beautiful ladies were in attendance.

My experiences thus far have been good with PoleLaTeaz. Poling is an expensive hobby, but they are competitive in their prices. The studio space is nice. They have great hardwood floors that dont scrape up your knees/ankles when transitioning from the floor. The poles are bolted into ceiling beams and are nice and tall. They also have different rooms so one can be used for class and the other for open pole/practice sessions. I used my Maps app, so I didnt have any trouble locating them. Im a stickler about parking, so thats the only area I could complain about. There are limited spaces up front, but I was able to park on the side of the building. I went during the day, so Im not sure how well-lit this area is at night. The instructors are knowledgeable as well. Of the two studios in this area, I prefer PoleLaTeaz.

According to me, the pole dancing is the best training. It does not only improve your body but benefits your health as well. Because you are required to lift and hold your own body weight it improves your muscles in the most healthier way. Most of the tricks you are doing help you improve multiple muscles at the same time. This sport improves your flexibility, grip strength, and so on, and so on. The best part of the pole dancing is that you develop a self-confidence. Its the best way to make some workouts and have a fun time. The instructors at this studio are great, very friendly and always there to catch you if you fail :) Highly recommend the sport and the studio! Happy pole-dancing all!

Love this place! I’m addicted. The staff are really friendly, and love the sense of sisterhood. It can be a little pricey though. I wish they would have more deals for individuals who are already members or visit consistently (drop in’s, merchandise, etc). It would be a nice incentive!

This studio is always so welcoming and the ladies are all awesome at the front! I took the intro to sky barre class and it was a workout that definitely had a mix of barre and aerial yoga but with aerial silks. It was only 30 minutes but I definitely felt the effects of the exercises we did do and will be back!

$20 for a class which is on the pricier side in my opinion but I decided to try it out because it seemed like it would be fun. However, they overbook their classes so not everyone got their own pole. We were split up into two groups, alternating between the groups to learn a short (probably 30 second) routine. SO for half of the time, my group was standing against the back wall waiting for the other group to learn the material. This would have been fine if I paid half the price for half the time, but sadly they charge full price and youre only on the pole for 30 min. The time that I did spend on the pole was fun though.

This place was amazing. The instructor was fun and lively. If you’re going with friends it makes it 10x better. The class itself will make you feel more sexy and liberated. Definitely a good time !

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have been to a few pole studios in different parts of the country and this is by far the best. The women who run the classes do an amazing job of not only making the classes fun, but establishing a feeling of openness and comfort. By the end of your first class you are more comfortable in your own skin than ever before. Never thought youd wear booty-shorts to the gym? Here you will, and you will love it!

Let me start out by saying Indigo is a great instructor. This review is in no way a reflection on her.However, due to Polelateaz’s poor management, I will never give them another dime. I was in two level classes at the Alpharetta studio where I’d been taking classes for just over a year, spending roughly $2,500 with them in this time (I counted).They made the decision to shut down the Alpharetta studio at the same time they excitedly announced the opening of the Atlanta studio post pandemic. The news about Alpharetta was buried about 10 bullet points down. They didn’t call or email those of us in levels at Alpharetta. Only an email to the “members” who pay them $150/mo. A couple friends in my Lyra class emailed and asked if we could finish our Lyra level in Atlanta, even though we couldn’t attend regularly. The response was just an impersonal refund email. They made zero attempt to try to even keep our business, or even attempt an ounce of consideration.While they refunded the cost of the levels, they refused on 4 out of 5 drop ins I thought were remaining on my five class pass. I purchased it in December and did not see any expiration date advertised. They said it expired a month and a half after I purchased it. I wouldn’t have purchased a 30, 45, or even 90 days expiration class card. If I knew I did, I would have made sure to find some way to use them instead of wasting $60. The reason I purchased it was because there was a period that extended many months in which hardly any drop ins were offered at the Alpharetta studio. I realized I was wasting money on the $80/mo ISIS unlimited drop in membership and getting a max of 2 drop ins a month. Since I knew I would be using them over time, there’s no way I would have purchased it if the expiration date were clearly advertised (instead of just buried in the emailed receipt that no one opens). This is deceptive.While I understand it’s a difficult time for businesses and closing the studio was a business decision, I am extremely disappointed in how the management handled this. Further, they may not have had to close the Alpharetta studio if they had maintained it. As previously mentioned, I wasted money due lack of classes, which surely impacted their ability to attract any new students. They also didn’t repair a broken bathroom for several months (they only had two available), ran out of alcohol to clean poles, had a leaking ceiling, had a broken heater in the middle of the winter for a couple weeks (causing us to freeze and later miss classes), and frequently didn’t have a key available causing class cancellations. They talk about how they love their students, but to me, it feels a lot like when they realize they probably won’t be able to get much, or any, more money out of someone, they don’t give a sh**.

Had a great time, the instructor was amazing. We danced and laughed so much and also learned some good techniques. I’m not ready to become a dancer, but I’m more comfortable being sensual.My only complaint is finding the location
