I met Natalie Pruitt, my dance teacher, when my husband won an charity auction last Fall. The timing was perfect for dance lessons in East/West Coast swing in preparation for our daughter’s Spring 2021 wedding. The hour long instruction time would fly by so quickly we started going twice weekly, and decided to continue learning new dances. Natalie is so much fun. Not only is she a fabulous dancer, but witty, charming and oh so patient with us and truly cares about her students. If you’ve ever considered taking dance lessons. She’s your gal- Hands Down!

Absolutely awesome studio with incredible teachers! Natalie is one of, if not the best teacher Ive ever had.  Merriam-Webster doesnt contain enough positive words to describe Natalie Jared and the Rock Steady community... But lets start with these: professional, positive, energetic, sage, supportive, friendly, dedicated,  fun,  creative, and encouraging.  Just to name a few.

I have been dancing for 7 years. In that time I have danced at most of the studios in the Atlanta area and in numerous other cities as well. In my opinion, Rock Steady is one of the nicest studios around. It is always exceptionally clean, the music is kept at a respectful volume and is shared freely, the owners, Natalie and Jared, go out of their way to be welcoming and the floor is one of the best around.Also, students that take private lessons at Rock Steady are allowed to practice free of charge. This is a huge benefit.The only negative is the limited hours of operation. This is dictated by the buildings management and is therefore beyond RSs control.I highly recommend this studio to anyone considering starting ballroom dancing.

Rock Steady Studio is incredible! The new floor is absolutely amazing! My professional teacher chose this studio to train his students for competitive ballroom and country western dancing and I’m so glad he did. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive which makes the learning environment such a pleasure. And the teachers are the best in the Atlanta area!

Jared is an excellent teacher, and the studio itself is fantastic.My then fiancee and I were nervous about our first dance as a married couple so we decided to take a few lessons at Rock Steady. Our instructor, Jared, within two hour-long lessons, taught us an entire routine and even cut the music himself to sync with our dance counts. He has the ability to explain the movements using analogies and examples from everyday life that make the concepts very easy to understand and replicate.We will definitely be back again!

Having been a student at Rock Steady since its doors opened, it has become my favorite place to dance. Beyond the aesthetics--the studio is beautiful--the proprietors have done a spectacular job of creating a collaborative environment thats simultaneously challenging enough for competitive dancers and welcoming enough for novices. The instructors are knowledgeable, yes, but theyre also fun to work with. (Ive learned a tremendous amount and have had an amazing time throughout the process.) If you havent visited Rock Steady yet, youre truly missing out.

Rock Steady is a refreshing and friendly place to go for Ballroom Dancing. The staff is very courteous and ready to help and they make you feel comfortable no matter what your level of skill.The floor is large and there is plenty of room to practice any style of dance. The studio is well lighted and clean with places to sit and there are plenty of places to park

The teachers definitely know what theyre doing and are able to accommodate to the needs and capacity of the students. The space is just beautiful. Very convenient to folks living around the perimeter or Roswell area. Check it out yourself. Youll agree that its a pretty great place.

Jared at Rock Steady Dance was unbelievable in helping my dad, fiance, and I prepare for my wedding! He was very knowledgeable in teaching us what we needed to know to get great pictures and impress our guests. He even created a mix of all our first dance, father daughter dance, and mother son dance onto one sound track so we had it all perfect for the big day. Thank you Jared!

Natalie runs a great business and is a fantastic instructor. I only started a few months ago, but i’m having a great time at Rock Steady.

We were told about Rock Steady from one of the other tenants in the building. So happy they were referred to us. We waited until the week before our Wedding to decide to get lessons. Not only did they accomodate our tight schedule, they gave us the perfect guidance that shaped a wonderful dance that got rave reviews by all of our guest!!

This is the nicest studio in the Atlanta area by far. I had a little trouble finding it as there was no sign out front, but what a surprise when I came through the front door! Im from Sandy Springs and the location is prime for me just off Roswell Rd. I love all the natural light and the floor is to die for.
