My daughter has attended Provost Academy for 2 years and they have been wonderful however she is now ready to attend traditional high school for her senior year and we can not seem to get Sharon Johnson to forward her transcript...it has been weeks now and now my daughter will not be able to start school with her peers until Sharon Johnson forwards her transcript. She keeps claiming she will forward and does not....very unprofessional. I suppose one must notify the State Superintendent.

My daughter attended Provost Academy for 2 years. She learned a plethora of information while attending online and the material taught will help her succeed in college. However, there is a problem with staffing. Youre lucky if you get a good Advisor. There have been times when I have contacted the advisors, registration and testing staff several of months without any response. The school overall is Great , the Staff needs continuing Education and Process Improvement. Dr. Monica Henderson, I would love to teach a class at Provost.

My teenager attends Provost Academy online school. I was contacted by phone days after submitting all her documentation electronically. Ive been struggling with 3 other online schools since July only for them to drag their feet waitlist her. I am surprised and appreciative of the follow-up calls and emails from her advisor. This is my teenagers third week and she is making great progress in catching up on lessons and uses email, research center for tutoring and questions when she is not sure about an assignment or lesson. I look forward to her attending the school campus next semester. **THANK YOU PROVOST, for accepting my child and getting her off to a great start!

I attended the academy last semester and I loved the old system. Now that Provost doesnt use Edison learning anymore I absolutely loathe going to school everyday. The most annoying thing is that Georgia is the only state, out of all the Provost locations that changed their system.

I left my school and thought Provost Academy would be best for me. The staff lies about contacting me back. I worked so hard and no one ever called me back about my diploma or transcripts.

My son had a great experience once the red tape was over. He completed all of his classes and we are still waiting for his diploma. Last years classes are well over graduation is over, but no diploma. We keep calling and calling and still getting the run around and being lied to. I am taking my stance up with the media because they are now hindering my son to further his education.

This school is a good concept with poor staff. They lie, cheat, and mismanage students transcripts and customer service is terrible. They should be closed and re-staffed.
