My daughter is a junior here and attending Cristo Rey has been an amazing experience. Most of the teachers are higher quality than average. Expect to work hard, but also expect amazing results. This is a private Jesuit High school, so religion classes are required. I think this is a positive and pushes the students to achieve in both academics and in personal development. Each student must work a corporate job 5 days a month, which pays a large portion of the tuition. The attendance area is statewide, however families that apply should be those that cannot pay Catholic tuition at the other local archdiocese schools.
