Highest level of service and quality for our business. We do a lot of business with them. The managers are extremely professional especially in the printing department. I am overall pleased with this location.

The customer services sucks, don’t go the machine doesn’t even work and nobody there wanna even help. Dont waste your time.

I called this store now 2 times prior to this review. On the first day I was sent to voicemail and after calling again the rep on the phone tried her best to help me which I appreciate. I have special directions needed for an order because when previously ordering from this location my order was done correctly even after putting in the notes what I need done. I called today after being on hold for 12 mins someone picked up the phone. I asked for the email address for the store and the employee stated that my order would not be complete until I came into the store and paid. I said thats fine I need to at least email exactly what I needed. The employee then said the email very fast to the point I couldnt understand. I asked them to slow down so I can make sure I have it right. The employee then started stating the letters with a corresponding word but still not slowing down. I said can you please repeat the employee then put me on hold for the remainder of the time until I hung up

Every time I come to the copy and print center there is always a problem with service. Today I came in to place an order it took 30 minutes to be seen with only 3 people in front of me and I was only finally seen after having to speak up because the associate chose to complete orders instead of servicing the customer in front of him. He wasn’t friendly nor helpful. I left with no order placed and going to take my business to staples instead

Only come here if you absolutely have to. Dont expect anything from employees or customer service.Came into this store with an employee just staring at me as I walk in. I greet him and he says nothing while still staring at me. As Im ready to cash out he says nothing but mumbles his speel quickly while tossing the ink cartridge I was buying aggressively back and forth in his hands throughout the check out process. Continues to stare at me while Im cashing out and as I leave without saying a word. Absolutely creepy and not okay.

Print Shop has done everything perfect for me the last 2 jobs I needed done. Never going back to Edgewood location again.

Bri was very rude! The self service printing line was long customers were stuck and took awhile. She was behind the printing counter with no customer just standing around so I ask if she could help by printing out my 5 documents. She said no I can’t help unless I charge you 2.50. Not good customer service at ALL!! That is actually the worst rule I’ve ever heard of and it will most definitely LOOSE the company business and customers overall. Such horrible service.

Gentleman at the printing desk was able to troubleshoot my needs and help me out with my simple print request of some documents for work.

Closed early, 4/28/2021. Posted hours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. My pickup order was ready and I arrived to the store at 7:50 PM. The store employee (female) ignored as I and other knocked on the door, and the phone was not answered though I called 4 times. I eventually informed Office Depot Corporate (Resolution Team) to report this terrible customer service. I am sincerely requesting that the employees will be reprimanded and that this review reaches them.If you choose to close early, at least have the decency to answer the phone. As a former employee I know all too well that my order could have been given to me and you could have easily scanned it in at open tomorrow.

I wish I could leave zero stars for the Print/Copy Department. After ordering copies for an event and was promised a delivery date on the order - one order is MIA and no one (not the store or the 800#) could tell me where it was or when I would get it. Needless to say I did not get my copies when I needed them. A second order that I likewise needed for an event was taking way longer than the promised turnaround time. I went into the Buckhead store where they were ordered and was then told they send their larger copy orders to a regional copy center so they had no idea the status of the order and they could not find out. I wish I was told that when I placed the order!!! My only recourse was to call the 800#. After 4 more days and 4 phone calls, the regional copy center never called me as promised. I am still waiting with my deadline approaching. NEVER USE OFFICE DEPOT if you have a business deadline.

I’m leaving one star because I can’t leave zero. After checking the Office Depot web site, we found a $600 desktop PC listed in stock at the Piedmont store. When we went to look at it 5 minutes later, the rude, young gentleman greeter assured us that their store didn’t sell ANY desktop computers. I was surprised and told him the web site said they had 2 of this one in stock and pulled out my phone to show him. He said “you can show me, but we don’t have any’ without ever leaving the front door to check. I drove 5 miles to the other Office Depot and spent my $600 there.

The young guy with the blonde hair who works in printing tells me at 7:20pm that he is on break till closing at 8pm. Meanwhile he is sitting down drawing lol Very poor customer service. He was also rude.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Came to buy a desk and print some pictures. None were accomplished, this has to be the worst customer service i have experienced in years. Literally was ready to buy a desk they had in stock, after waiting around for the desks i had to go back to the front were I was told “everyone has left so we won’t be able to help you”

Their inventory is always short! Somebody got to be stealing! Last 2 times I’ve come here to pick things up they were out but had shown inventory online??? Employees are nice though. So I gave 2 stars!

Absolutely terrible. Both printers are down for self-printing. People waiting to print simple sheets of documents had to wait over 45 minutes.

Office Depot is very organized and the staff is very knowledgeable. They make it easy to print, unlike fedex. All you have to do is email what you need to print to their email and boom it’s done. They also have a great rewards system and usually great sales. Most of the office depots operate the same way and they all usually have great customer service. Sarah is who usually helps me she’s absolutely amazing and very smart.This is where you need to go for all of your office needs. You’ll be in and out quickly and the job will be done.

Office Max corporate should be absolutely ashamed. They market that they do custom envelope printing, yet NO ONE is actually trained how to do it. On top of that their printers are straight garbage. My at home printer is newer than what they give their employees to work with. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the employees here are nice and they tried to help, but they have no idea how to do 95% of the printing services that corporate advertises and that’s completely on their corporate training department... or lack thereof.

I called this location & was on hold for 30 mins jus to get a question answered. By the time I arrived, customer service kicked in suddenly & wanted to help. Still having to wait now that Ive signed in. (Looks at watch) 16mins wait. I will not recommend or encourage anyone to come to this location. Very slow.

Horrible customer service. Whenever I call Im always left on hold for 30 minutes or longer. The employee that answers the phone has no clue about customer service. He just hangs up in your face. Wow

This place has excellent customer service. As soon as I walked in someone was already asking me if I needed any help with anything. It’s setup is very organized and neat looking. It’s definitely a good place to go to for all of your office supplies needs. I would recommend any business that’s large or small to go here and get their supplies that they needed.

Excellent service at the Copy & Print center! I went into Office Depot to make copies of my thesis to mail out... I had to print 9 copies (100 pages each) out on a specific paper, etc. The store associate Rosa was SUPER helpful in printing them, helping me box them up and mail them through USPS. The whole process was so easy and efficient. I was nervous walking in because I knew that I had a large order and I could only get there 1.5 hours before they closed. However, this store runs so smoothly and I was able to get everything I needed done in less time than I thought. Thank you, Rosa! :)

The store has been redesigned since last visit. Copy paper is closer to register and ink is closer to copy paper. Deal items are front and center. Customer service is knowledgeable and helpful. Isles are clean and store lighting is appropriate.

Jordan was very helpful and knowledgeable with printers. He gave me all details needed to make an informed decision for my small office. Very happy with his service.

I must say... I ordered same day flyers today... they are usually short staffed. Today an employee named Ben literally jumped to the rescue and he is much appreciated. With employees like Ben I will def continue to patronize this location!

They wasted my time two days in a row I was told if I submit my order now it’d be ready by this time. Both times after I submitted my order I was told I’d have to wait until the next day to receive my order. Then I was told I could pay for my order at the store so I went there on my break to pay in cash since it takes 5 business days to get my money back, then after waiting in line 10 minutes. I was told I can only pay online. So I wasted my time and had to pay online again just to be told I missed the deadline after he told me if I submit online now it’d be ready by 5. So after I get my order this will be the last time I print anything with them.

Here now and only 2 sales associates in the print shop to checkout customers only they are assisting people who need print work! There are 3 of us waiting to checkout and it’s been 15 mins. No apologies nothing. 5 more mins and I’m walking out. So Office Depot when you don’t understand why Staples is leading you in customer service, here’s why.

The employees were helpful but they didnt have the item I picked out from the dummy boxes on the shelf. It would be nice if they only had the dummy boxes for what was actually in stock. We found an alternate solution though.

All the employees at Office Depot were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was my pleasure conducting business with them.

Went to get several copies from my emails. Had trouble getting it sent to the self service copier.The copy and print person help me at the full service instead and told me how to send it from my phone to Office Depot. They were knowable and very kind. I will be back again.

The printing service employee, Phil, is the most chill! He was attentive and completed the service in the most courteous way.

Rude customer service, male employee (blane) was acting like a valley girl rolling his eyes and giving blank stares when I ask him questions. I didnt feel welcome.
