Milla is AMAZING! She did my brows (my first time with permanent makeup), and I liked them so well that I decided to do the permanent eyeliner. Ive received so many compliments already! I have been to Milla before and my experience was fine and I was going to her for a touch up appointment and for the touch up it was supposed to be $200 total with a $100 deposit. Instead when I get there she tries to charge me $300 and then doesn’t offer any kind of solution. So now I’m out of $100 and had to drive 2 hours to get here. NEVER AGAIN

This is my fourth visit and I have never been disappointed Milla is professional and an expert at what she does I would never trust my permanent make up to anyone else and it’s well worth the experience I would definitely recommend her

I would give Milla 10 stars, if I could! Ive spent most of my adult life tweezing/tinting/waxing/threading my eyebrows, and still had to use an eyebrow pencil to fill in or perfect them. Same with eyeliner/mascara. I did not want the full make-up look, and Milla worked with me to create the most natural brow and eyeliner [very close to the lashline, giving my lashes a fuller appearance]. I dont know anyone more particular about eyebrows than myself - Milla has worked with me for a LONG time to create a shape and color that was 100% to my satisfaction. My skin was stubborn, and she stayed extra to make sure every single dot was covered. She is an incredible technician AND a true artist. Your face will transform in her hands to a more beautiful, younger you. There is really no doubt she is the best permanent make up professional. I have been considering doing something about my eyebrows for years. I have never had visible eyebrows. They are sparse and very light. More than one make up person at a counter has offered to draw some on for me. I started using difficult to find good shades of color to do it myself several years ago. Each morning getting ready for work I dreaded trying to make them look natural and even. I dont know how many times I had to quickly wash off make up and try again. After diligent research my daughter and I found Milla Rosen in Atlanta. Getting something like this done on your face requires careful consideration. Milla tries to correct the mistakes of others. I cant imagine going to someone other than Milla and taking the risk of needing her help to try correct it after. Her office is beautiful clean and comfortable. Her skills are fabulous and well practiced. She measures and listens carefully. She draws what she feels looks nice for your face and invites your input before beginning her work. After the first procedure, before it had even finished healing, co-workers were telling me I looked well rested and they could tell something looked fresher about my face but they couldnt tell what it was. My daughter-in-law commented that may eyes look so much better since I had plucked in a nicer arch in my eyebrows. People not quite knowing what was different but complimenting me tells me that Milla gets it right. I LOVE my eyebrows and I never have to fuss over finding and buying a good color and trying to draw them on again. I plan to return and have Milla do eyeliner next. I highly recommend the Elite Institute of Micropigmentation. If you are ready to do this have Milla do it.

Well, it took Milla about 5 minutes for me to feel relaxed and confident that the makeup I was about to agree to wake up to every morning will have been done by one of the best, if not the very best, in her field in Atlanta!She, in fact, listens to what YOU want (how many of you were told something like Ok, but maybe you should try this instead). She is also very intuitive and sensitive to your reactions and body language (for me it is mega important because I tend to be less upfront verbally, but the body language never fails). I’ve been unhappy with my experience from several years ago and I’m still dealing with it so it’s time to leave a review. I was told that for eyeliner and brows the cost was $600 each and I had to put down a $300 deposit for each. After putting down my deposit and waiting 6 months when I arrived I found out they considered the deposit “additional “ .So that means each service was $900 and not $600. That’s quite a shock to walk in and find out that I now have to pay $1200 instead of the $600 I expected. Everything just went so wrong and I think what made me stay was knowing I would lose my $600 deposit. You can’t do a chargeback from something 6 months ago. As soon as she drew my brows I looked in the mirror and she drew two rainbow arches on my face. This is not proper mapping and looked nothing like her pictures. I didn’t want to walk out looking like Ronald McDonald so I told her what I wanted. The knot was building in my chest and throat because my gut was telling me to leave. I actually wanted microblading but they told me no this PMU is much better. What I wasn’t told was that the lines would get fuzzy and blurry and colors deposited deeper in the skin always come out gray. So now I have eyebrow and eyeliner that are a not so nice shade of gray. It’s hard for PMU eyebrows to look natural with your hair when it looks drawn on with a fuzzy felt marker. I wanted the shadow liner and when I got there she told me she couldn’t do that. The eyeliner was very painful and my eye was involuntarily Tightening, Milla actually started to get irritated with me and was not so nice with telling me off. ( oh and to let you know eyeliner is ILLEGAL in the state of GA unless done in a doctors office) After my PMU healed I called back to say I didn’t like it and if they could recommend a removal place. They told me to come in and they would go over it with skin colored ink. This sounded wrong to me and I’m so glad I didn’t do it. This would have messed me up even more. Google what happens to people that do this. So here I am years later, still unhappy with my PMU that won’t go away and I have to cover daily with makeup. I finally found a place I trust to do laser with but it’s very painful, very expensive and god knows how long it’s going to take. Getting permanent makeup has been the worst decision in my life. So finally after being distraught every day of my last 2-3 years I’m sharing my experience. I should have just walked out and lost my $600 deposit. It would have saved me in the long run.Maybe Milla has learned new techniques during this time. But my face has remained messed up so I’m still sharing because I’ve had to look at this everyday in the mirror and I HATE IT!!!!!!I would possibly take my review down if I could get my $1800 back but I don’t know, I think people should know my experience.

This place is amazing. Sergiy is the amazing artist who did my micropigmentation and hes given me so much of my confidence back. Im a young 25 year old man who unfortunately was losing his hair. Hi,wanted everyone to know that recently I came to Milla Rosen to get my brows done. This was something I had planned to do, as I live in Washington State. I have seen the most amazing PMU work from Milla over the last 3 years. I have researched many artists and nothing has inspired me to fly across the country to fix my half an eyebrow. I even had my brows microbladed several years ago that I didn’t like and waited for it to fade out to get them done by Milla.Those days of waking up at 3am to work at the hospital with a half an eyebrow and unsymmetrical eyebrows are over! Now I wake up and my brows are the bomb. I have been told so many times by coworkers that my brows look great now, one has even considered getting hers done by Milla. It was completely worth the travel to come to a beautiful place, to see a beautiful person and have an award winning master artist fix your flaw. I am super stoked to walk around knowing my brows are looking great! Thank you soo much Milla 😘

A positive and meaningful experienceThe decision to do microblading, and more relevant to choose Mila, was one of the most positive things Ive done for myself. I have a condition that causes very sparse eyebrows, but I was concerned that doing something like this may not look natural and be something to live with ON MY FACE for the next 2 years. As a result, and due to my type A personality, I did a massive amount of research on the process and on the artists in Atlanta. I was looking to find someone that was demonstratively experienced, competent, and that did high quality work. I started with a list of perhaps 25 different clinics, and quickly was able to eliminate many of these as startups, fly by night, or at least not able to articulate a compelling story online. After I narrowed the list, I did more in-depth research on several using Yelp, Google, Facebook, and even by calling and asking questions. I ultimately choose Mila and am glad that I did.I had 3 trips to Mila’s clinic which comprise a normal microblading experience. The first was in retrospect not that valuable. More to the point, I was so overly prepared that I didn’t really have any questions and thus the trip in traffic was not that worthwhile. That initial visit consists of some general Q&A, looking at before and after pictures, understanding the process, etc. I am willing to concede that it’s useful for a newbie. My second trip was for the main microblading session. Let me say here that any doubts that I may have had were completely obliterated. Mila’s space is immaculate, professional, and sleek - this is where computer chips would go to get microbladed! I don’t know that that’s generally important, but it certainly speaks volumes about Mila’s meticulous and precise nature. She did some Q&A and then drew the brows with a little measuring but mostly freehand. We discussed my goals, I gave some very limited feedback, but generally had the sense that I should let her experience be my guide. I honestly had some trepidation over the next hour that I should have been more vocal, but she was fully vindicated after the fact. She worked for an hour or so, maybe more, and it wasn’t painful but wasn’t not painful either. I will say that the numbing agent did its work and that it was not that big of a deal. Then, after she was done, the reveal! It didn’t look great. I was a little red from the work (perhaps due to more surface area and fuller brows), but though they looked just OK. I quickly revised this opinion after stealing glances in my rearview mirror on the drive home, and by the time I looked in my bathroom mirror I was ludicrously happy with them. I won’t spend time on the recovery here, but it was a little up and down but not really a big deal. I was glad I didn’t have any job interviews or photo sessions to worry about in the week following that session. My third visit was similar to the prior one, but with a much better recovery and with the knowledge that the result was going to be greatMy overall experience was sensational and I am convinced that Mila is one of the most professional and gifted clinicians in the game. She is almost a cliché of what you want as a service professional: experienced, degrees and citations out the wazoo, able to take input and yet still give advice, and uber chic. She is a genuine artist! Im very grateful for the huge change she made in my appearance. I can’t recommend her highly enough

Milla is an amazing artist and an equally amazing person. I have alopecia that caused me to lose all of my hair when I was 11, and I have been getting permanent makeup for my eyebrows since I was in high school. I have been to 5 different people over the years, and Milla is hands down the best that I have ever seen. I no longer live in Atlanta after moving to Richmond VA for my surgical residency, but I fly in to see Milla whenever I need a touch up. Her level of skill is off of the charts fantastic and I dont trust anyone else with my face. I just had another touch up and I flew to Atlanta solely to see Milla. To say that she is well worth the trip is an understatement, I would come to her no matter where I moved to. I had a really bad experience with another permanent makeup office right before I met Milla. It was so bad that I was in tears and felt devastated. I found Milla online after an exhaustive search and she immediately put me at ease and told me that she would be able to fix them and that my eyebrows would look great after she was done. She fully delivered on her promise and exceeded my expectations, after she was finished there was no trace of the old eyebrows that were so disastrous. I love my eyebrows! The individual brush strokes are beautiful and they look so real that people have thought they were actual hairs. She takes the time to make sure that they frame your face beautifully and really listens to what you want. Her calm confidence is infectious and as soon as you meet her you can tell that she will do an amazing job. She is a warm and caring individual with a standard of excellence, I highly recommend her to anyone that is considering any form of permanent makeup.
