Ms Celestine was honestly amazing I enjoyed my 3 weeks, not only is she funny but she gives you everything you need to be successful. She has plenty of knowledge and experience , I recommend going to the AM class if you can. Even though you start sticking on the second day I honestly liked it, she makes sure you don’t hurt others or even accidentally stick yourself . Just remember it is an Accelerated course.

I was so excited to start this class to further my career in phlebotomy. I met with my instructor, Mrs. Celestine & she was so sweet & professional to all of her students. She gave us everything we needed to pass and made sure we were all comfortable in order to succeed. I’m glad I chose to take this course with her. I enjoyed every bit of it .

I was very excited about registering to take this three week class. Unfortunately, I was forced to withdraw due to the fact that the location is very unclear and when I called to clarify the customer service rep said it was not in chamblee, ga. But just in Atlanta. The address I was told sent me to a completely different location and made me miss class. When I called for help before class I was not offered any assistance or that he would let the instructors know I was having issues because of his directions. All he could tell me was there’s nothing he can do and that he could not direct me to the correct location. I was sent to an apartment complex and then an abandoned building. It also took ten minutes for anyone to answer the phone to even receive the waste of horrible customer service.

I loved this class , my peers & loved the teacher ms.Celestine .. a good teacher that can be tough at times but it’s tough love to get everyone to pass and be successful in the real world , loves all her students & it shows . I have gained the confidence to be successful in a hospital setting & can honestly say I learned and put what I was learning into practice. Would recommend 10/10

I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone to take courses here specially with instructor Josetta Celestine. I felt like I threw 1095 dollars in the trash going through such an unpleasant experience during this course. Also, we were doing silent individual studying 50 percent of the time … I could have done that at home!I only chose to take this course after a pleasant conversation calling the headquarter ... they patiently and kindly answered all of my questions. But some of the things including the VeinViwer was never discussed nor utilized during the course as promised.The instructor was not only unaware of the material in the textbook provided, she was also incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, unqualified to answer any questions, and a hypocrite. On the first day she asked an unthoughtful question from a kind Vietnamese student what do Vietnamese do with a Phlebotomy degree? ..... !!!! excuse me!! The Vietnamese student dropped out the following day. More students dropped out as the course continued ... I did not because I did not have a choice. The instructor would roll her eyes if anyone ate in the class and guess what she would start eating right there the next minute. Then, she started rolling her eyes and making disrespectful remarks to the students when they asked questions or tried to answer a question. I still cannot believe that this instructor Josetta Celestine has 14 years of phlebotomy experience as she claimed. I also have no idea how I put up with her disrespectful nature. It is extremely rare for someone to make me so angry the way she did. I felt like I needed therapy after the crapy couple of weeks with her.

So excited im taking this course all over again . the instructor is a10 I love my class . its clean sanitized and welcoming. I super advise anyone whos interested in taking a phlebotomy course to come to PTS. #1 facts
