Recently, my terminally handicapped 14 year old brother and my mother were solicited by the now current Spanish teacher at Atlantic City high School New Jersey about a trip to Spain to expand his language studied in a native speaking country. I would highly advise anyone even as so much as solicited by any and all individuals working for Explorica to proceed with extreme caution.The teacher brought everyone in to the class to hear more about the trip and how it was configured. Needless to say the entire trip was never researched by the teacher and the company used almost put my brother and mother in a completely unsecured format overseas. The unsuspecting consumers (my mother and brother) were directed to sign up for the trip through Explorica. While finishing up the application they were excited for the adventure they were going to embark on. After considerations by the teacher who again conducted zero nuanced research on the company acting on behalf of Atlantic City high School, she cancelled the trip.My mother and brother were informed the trip was cancelled and Explorica would not be refunding the $1200.00 deposit since the so called teacher could not keep her promise as an educator focused on student success. We reported the organization for their fraudulent practices and cannot advise enough DO NOT EVEN SO MUCH AS COMMUNICATE WITH EXPLORICA!All parties associated with this infraction should be deeply ashamed.I would urger anyone experiencing the same issue feel free to reach out to me, unless you work at Explorica, if that is the case i will immediately file suit against your organization if you so much as contact me through any medium.

For being a school it is very hard to get someone from to office to just give you a fax number. There should always be someone answering the phones in a school.
