I can not believe what I just went thru. I was embarrassed by the manager because I went to her line after she was calling people off the line. Stopped at me. She thought I skipped her when I didnt. Im a dignified and respectful person. I should be treated as such. Didnt bother to listen to me. I left my things behind. And promised I would not go there again. Also let my co workers know what happened. They wont be going there either. The area dictates the treatment and attitude of malice. No thanks.

Employees are very, very kind and extremely helpful! Very good energy in this place.

Gotta keep a good amount of inventory on certain items that ppl love. One of them is sour cream. You guys should add bag ice to your store. Also employees has great customer service especially my guy Jeff.

5-18-2021 - A tipical Family Dollar besides you need to be careful here. There is a lot of homeless people in this area and other groups of people hanging around.

There customer service is really bad and they really rude and there slow I dont recommend anyone to go here and plus they have mouse all around there store

That store was very well stocked. All ptoducts are available to there advertisments. The store is very well maintain Another good place to make them No 1.👍

This store has really tight isles and sometimes I feel like I can’t move. Some shelves are a mess. Everything is a mess and in a disarray. The floors are dirty. Seems nothing is clean. They only have 1 cashier open all the time so the line is LONG and sometimes it goes down an isle. The speaker system gets annoying constantly the saying “welcome to family dollar......” also all the alcoholics and druggies loitering right outside the store everyday. There’s always like 20+ of them. You’re lucky if they don’t ask you for change or don’t speak to you. I always feel very uncomfortable coming here because of that.

The employees are nice and very helpful, the prices are reasonable. The only thing is the temperature in that store is always hot.

I got some onesies for my sons since Walmart was packed and theres a huge line outside so Family Dollar was perfect I got my fan and I got some onesies for my son

Tbe store is like any other Family Dollar. Trying to get to and from the entrance door at this location is a hazard.

I serve my country 20 year Dr Dee I live in my community as wall the mistreatment at the Family Dollar used vulgar language to provoke customers very hostilliy Customers save not good and kat customer out off store because mestreatment provoke customers into show don that not good operated uner bad mistreat -men no good and show that you can take people any way it OK to do it.

Horrible. It is a mesy. Employees are nowhere to be found when you need help. Floors are dirty shelves are unorganized. Boxes and bins laying in the isles so you cannot maneuver through. Lines are extremely long. The whole environment is just messy and unprofessional. I go only if i must. Id rather travel off shore if possible that is how bax this store is. I really think this store has potential however only if it was relocated and fresh new team! Im just being honest.

An eye opener is all I can say.

Cluttered dirty store that is about half the size of a normal Family Dollar. Homeless drunks hang out in front of the store daily. Lines are always long and the people are pretty rude. I usually take the drive to another one.

Given the location its in im surprised the people are as nice as they are of course always busy but it is an overall good place and i go there alot

The service is horrible. The store is always messy. The manager is the bestest theif and the spanish guy is with him and they steal products and hours from the other eemployees. They are the worst and i would never recommend that store to no one

This store smh its always crazy in there . They take your bags ,bookbag and if your purse is too big to them they try and make you leave it upfront also . Mind you they tell you they are not responsible for you bags if it taken . I would give zero stars but cant

That place is horrible!! The manager is so unprofessional. Will never shop there again. Wish I didnt have to give it a star. It doesnt deserve a star. Just because that manager was very rude.

The employees and store manager are extremly rude lack basic customer service skills. Store is always messy . Items are marked incorrectly. They ask you to leave your bags in the front of the store but give a no ticket. Disgusting recommend shopping at Wal-Mart or CVS

Store is small, aisles are tight.And there is always a long line, that runs into the aisles, if you have no patience, I suggest you dont visit this location.

This store has got lot of expired products and some look like fake. Most importantly the products are not cheap I donno why they have put the name Family Dollar
