Just had a free class here with coach Daniel Jacques. Not only does Daniel know his stuff, but his teaching style is incredibly easy to follow and offers plenty of one-on-one guidance throughout the session. The entire gym is spotless, plenty of locker space and they have showers here as well. One point that really hit home for me was the organization of their curriculum. I havent seen anything so comprehensive and planned out as this before. Im incredibly impressed by the high calibre of this institution.
