Had a great time training with Tony. Good group of people to train with. I didnt have a gi so they let me borrow one. The team here offers great insight on details that will improve your game. The only set back is that its hard to hear inside the rec center. But they make up for it by being thorough with their instruction.

This school is absolutely the best! I really appreciate the authenticity and hard work that coach Tony D. Brings by receiving a black belt directly from the Gracie family. His dedication as a father and background in the military reflects on the mat and great teaching skills. His awesome wife and kids are also involved in the school, so the family atmosphere is very welcoming. Also the other coaches involved in teaching are certified, very knowledgeable and respectful. Youd think a group lead by two Gracie world champions, among all world class instructors, would be intimidating. Not at all. This is a family atmosphere, and while technique is a priority, it never comes before encouragement or support or confidence. It is great to see my kids working hard and having fun. The curriculum for the young ones teaches them the techniques in a way that is enjoyable, still allowing them to progress until they are ready to transition to understanding at a deeper level. We are very thankful to have discovered this opportunity!

We looked into a lot of different martial arts type places when my son turned three. We wanted to get him into something that had good structure and something that we could do during the week on our own time. My son loves this place and asks to go close to everyday. The coaches are so patient and I know he’s learning from some of the best! Robert (the owner) was SO inviting and made our son feel so comfortable from day one! I’d recommend this place to everyone.

My husband attends the adult class and loves the teaching style. They do a great job at breaking every move down and then putting it all together.My 5 year old also attends their bulley busters class and loves it. I love watching his self esteem build with every class he goes to. I also really like the way the coaches are able to break it down for them. My son can be pretty shy and now I even see him volunteering to go in front of the group. I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend this place.

I love the bully proofing class my twins are in and the instructors as well. they teach them different scenarios and how to defend themselves without intentionally hurting the bully. The instructors are great as well glad to have them.
