I paid for a massage in the morning for a 3:00p.m. appointment. I got a call that two massage therapist didnt show and I would get a refund. I think they could have put me on tomorrow schedule since I had already paid. When I drove back and was getting myrefund a lady walked in with grapes for a staff person behind the desk. The lady turned around to leave and they told her the therapist was ready. I think the front staff have favorite clients and she was one so they put her in and I got bumped. This never happened under the old name. Looks like this place is going down hill. I been coming here for years and always had good service. They should go back to the old way. Reading other reviews looks like they lost some clients. ☹️☹️☹️

I have been coming to this place for many many years. Up till now I have had no problem getting in. My longest wait was 4 hours but that was rare. I could usually come around noon or 1 on a Saturday and I always got in. various times this last month Ive come in around that time and they say theyre sessions are full. Their reason is they dont have enough students.they have never had issues with getting students before so maybe theres an issue with how they run their program these days. Today is a Sunday at 11:30 in the morning and theyre already booked solid & say theyve been book since shortly after 7:30 in the morning when they opened. Sadly I will have to start looking for another place to go.

Best school ever. I graduated in August of 2015. If I could go back and change anything, it will only be that I wish I could of enrolled a lot sooner. But if i would have then I would of never met the amazing classmates whom i miss very dearly. I miss school so much but also happy that I am done. Anyone looking for a great school that will lead to a great career this is the one. Just be prepared for a lot of anatomy. Try sinking in so much anatomy in 7 1/2 months lol it is such a fast program. But it is so worth it. Great staff hands down!!!

GRRR! I am so furious with The Denver School of Massage Therapy. Went there this morning for a relaxing massage with my momma as a belated mothers day gift. We walked in the doors 23 minutes after they opened at 8am but the list was already 2.5 hours long. Fine, we went out and came back at 10am where we were told it would still be another hour but that there was 36 people ahead of us so it could be plus or minus. Then the chick checking people in at the front door stood up and went back for her massage, WHAT?!?! Going up to the counter I asked how it was possible that there was 36 people ahead of me, that it would take another hour plus or minus and the people who work there are going ahead of paying customers? I proceeded to get an attitude back from the dude upfront saying that employees get massages during peak hours so that they can rate the students too. He was also arguing with me about what time I checked in on his computer even though my receipt was time stamped. You dont argue with the customer, you try to resolve it. And if they are getting fired up in your lobby, you need to remove them from the environment. After asking to speak with the manager, the front desk dude only yelled out for his manager, he never tried to resolve the situation. Needless to say, I got my money back and will unfortunately will never go back. There is a big, huge thing in the world called social media and it can really tarnish your business if the customer is right and you do not provide good customer service.

Poor and very poor service in a nearly empty waiting room. Their people skills need lots of work. Corporations no matter how small or big tend to fall when it forgets that the consumers are the ones that keep them running.. What are students without support by the community and having a bad name to go with it.

This school, Cortiva instutite is very unprofessional. They send out students to perform massage before they are sufficiently prepared. They called on the morning of my massage, which had been scheduled a week prior and cancelled. Then called a while later saying they could do the massage. They had a student who was not sufficiently prepared to do the massage. What a waste of my time and a total disappointment. Would have been better business to cancel session!

This program was amazing! As a recent graduate I feel completely prepared to enter the world of massage. The teachers at DMST are dedicated and committed to ensuring success. They come in early, stay late and are always willing to be a listening ear. Awareness, Compassion and Honesty are exuded in the staff and incredible teachers. Thank you DSMT for your part in my new endeavor.

Very surprised that there are so many dislikes with this school. The staff, students and administrative body are all professional and therapeutically inclined.Since Im a student, maybe I grew a deeper connection with the people here? Maybe people expect a lot more from a $25 massage ($12.50 on a two for one day)

Staff is very unprofessional and Unorganized. Theyre open house enrollment is a week before school starts so when I told them that that was not enough time for me and my employer theyre response (very rudely)was that I was not committed or dedicated enough for school. They treated me not as a human but as a sale.

The wait is too long and when they gave me a number, they didnt inform me of the wait time or give me the option of whether I wanted a male or female massage therapist. I waited for an hour then left and got refunded.
