My main problem at Laredo were the nurses. I came down to the nurse after I twisted my ankle to far, and not to my knowledge as of then, it was actually sprained. The nurse told me to take off my sock and shoe, which I did. The surrounding area was turning blue, but she didn’t seem to mind that my ankle was swelling. She told I’m fine and gave me some ice. It seemed to her every problem can be solved with some ice. Don’t send you kids here. Please

I would like to complain about the nurses. Today my friend had a high fever, she also had a headache, a stuffy nose, and she felt like she was about to puke. She was crying, because she felt terrible. On the way to the nurse, she literally almost blacked out, because she felt super weak. When she got to the nurses office, she told the nurse how she felt. The nurse felt her forehead, which was burning up. My friend asked if she could go home, but the nurse just said No, you probably just have allergies. She came back to class, and my teacher felt my friends forehead. My teacher said You should not be staying at school, they should have you sent home. The nurse should know that it is flu season, and kids are going to be throwing up, getting fevers, colds, and headaches. This incident made me sooooooooooooooooo mad!

I was minding my own business walking back to my locker after lunch and out of nowhere an office lady comes and starts yelling at me because of the pants I was wearing! I was wearing leggings that had small rips/holes/cuts in them nothing that shows too much skin. The lady said THOSE PANTS ARE DISGUSTING. YOU SHOULDNT BE WEARING THOSE! I CANT BELIEVE THAT YOU WORE THOSE TO SCHOOL! I told her that I had another pair of pants in my locker and she said GOOD, YOURE GOING TO BRING THEM RIGHT HERE AND CHANGE RIGHT HERE!!! Please keep in mind that I was in the middle of the hallway. After calling my parents and talking to them about the situation, I went to go talk to the dean and the dean said that they were fine.

This school is honestly terrible. There are too many teachers that only care about their paycheck and don’t actually care about teaching the subject. I had a math teacher that got one of her assignments off of FACEBOOK!! I also ended up getting bullied, to the point where my parents had to file a restraining order against a student that physically assulted me and bothered me every day on the bus. I had to withdraw from that school because of how often people would bully me, and how much the staff does not care! Trust me, you do not want to EVER go to this school. Not even the worst people in the world deserve to go there, it’s too terrible for them to go!!

This is a fun school with very minor issues that are working to be improved. I learned a lot about how to prepare for my future here and I recommend this school for new families.

Na Na. Terrible school the teachers and especially deans are rood. Also they will give you a trespassing ticket if your in the wrong hallway. Be warned.

Terrible school my daughter was bullied by a teacher and the same teacher choked a child right before I learned about the situation with my daughter they have several teacher who have been suspended for hitting kids. They dont care about there student at all.

I loved most of the teachers there but, that like most schools you have those fun, nice, positive teachers and with any school you go to theres always a few of those down right mean, rude, and disrespectful teachers. i did enjoy it but, one thing i would complain about was the nurses. i just cant even explain how much ive hated the nurses there. i would also complain about the kids within laredo. there are fights that happen almost on a regular basis, ive been harassed by kids, etc.

This school is so fun to be at and I love it here. There is so much that you can do here, theres lots of clubs and after school activites so that you can do so wont be bored out of your mind when you go home. The food is ok but if you dont want school lunch you can bring your lunch from home so you can have a full stomach for brain food. The one thing that bothers me is that theyer changing the schedule next year and we get out at FOUR OCLOCK and think that its a little late to keep students in the school for that long. My classes are amazing they have common core and different electives that are actually FUN! Overall this is a good school you should come to this school.

Lms has a lot of drama but i feel like this school kinda is racist but i met good friends like emma,kim and more but this school security is too strict but some times i sneak in the school dumb teachers they dont know they need to teach us with respect like the dean always belives the STUPID TEACHERS THANK GOD IM NOT IN THIS SCHOOL NEXT YEAR but after all if u follow the rules u can find your self with nice friends TEACHERS WHO ACUALLY LIKE U TRUST ME IF YOUR TROUBLESOME KID NO TEACHER WILL LIKE U MY EXPERIENCE MY SISTER AND BROTHER ALL GOT IN TROUBLE .

Laredo has diversity, it starts school at a good time, and it has such nice teachers here.

I miss the school a LOT! I loved it there

We are new to the school, we transferred in from SkyVista MS which is a newer school. Laredo kids have been great, many live in our area. Education is great, only ms to offer the IB program. They encourage every child to play sports, regardless of talent. Here is the thing, you ask a new parent with younger children, they will suggest a newer ms in the area, however if you talk to a parent with children who have gone there before all will say its great and the teachers are awesome. Dont judge a book by its cover. It is an older CCSD school, but its the foundation to the district, many teachers train at Laredo and move on to other CCSD, so I figure they must be doing something right.

This school needs a whole new staffing because some of the staff they have now needs to be fired they dont care for the well being of your child in the school if they are African American, trying to find a better school for my child as of now because Laredo Middle school you suck and the staff dose too.

It is a great school it has its ups and downs but its great!😀

I am going into 8th grade and I mean it is a middle school a time where kids are going through awkward times and I love the staff and the criteria

Laredo is not my favorite school for a kid to be at. I wouldnt recommend it for new-coming elementary schoolers.

This School needs to be shut down there are nothing but a bunch of racist white teachers that does not care about others they dont even deserve to be teaching at a public schools
