Truly just terrible service. This place has done nothing but gone downhill in recent years. Their copy and print center is just a nightmare.

The print manager and clerk on duty Saturday mid morning were poorly trained in quality customer service. Lucky for me I am a customer service trainer. I was able to guide the HOSTILE, NEGATIVE energy spewing from the representatives of this location.

I had a great experience at this Office Depot. Not only was I greeted with the utmost professionalism at the printing center by Leo, but my flyers I got printed for my business were taken seriously and handled with care! I had 4 flyers come out with a little bleeding issue and without me saying anything, Leo told me he would redo it with no problem. I have to be honest. Ive been coming to this Office Depot for almost over a year, and I have never been taken care of with that much professionalism, courtesy and care! Thank you so much Leo for making my day. You never know what a small act of kindness and professionalism can do to someones day. I was frustrated until meeting you. Thank you again!

Have given this place multiple chances. The people are always rude. If I pay for you to do it for me you should do it with a smile and not be rude about it or tell me to use the self service. Also when I point out your printing error...rude. No one but I think one person out 5 Ive dealt with knows actually how to print things right. AVOID THIS PLACE.

I had the worst experience with Office Depot from the online print order I submitted, talking with the local store on Havana & Mississippi, and speaking with the regional customer service person. I got a different answer from every single person I spoke with. No need to go into all the details. Bottom line is, I shouldnt have been given three different answers from three different sources from the same company. My card was refunded and Ill take my business somewhere else. I had to give them 1 star in order for me to post my review. Truthfully, they deserved 0 stars!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Don’t order curbside unless you have 15 or more minutes to sit in your car and wait. Once that waiting is up go into the store for no one to greet or say they will be with you but make eye contact and walk away from you. Wait another 15 minutes in line for them to say oh just find your name. Maybe customer service is no longer a need when working with customers.

Umm they don’t sell calculator chargers and that’s the dumbest thing I have ever heard of.

This location wouldnt work with me to accept an order by email since I have a special discount card, and was requiring me to come into the store and wait for my flyers. Ill be visiting other locations with more helpful staff people from now on.

This place has gone to trash. Copy and print department didn’t even acknowledge the line and has zero multitasking skills.

Needed a printer cable went in about 10:15 no one to help me. Young man at the register not very helpful. The cable I had brought up would have worked but he due to his apathy I had to go to the best buy on Mississippi to buy that same cable.

From the time I walked in to the time I left this store, everyone was so helpful. A male associate came and asked if he could help me find anything I asked for a few things and he knew where everything was as well as pricing. When I went to check out the cashier was very helpful and went above and beyond when she wrapped my daughters gift in an extra box from the store so she wouldnt see it and on my way out the manager was wishing everyone a good night.

The cashier today was very awesome!

I came to print just one page and couldn’t do it at this location. Usually I use self service and both machines didn’t work. Print department had 6 people in line including me and 2 employees behind counter. One of them was on the phone and another one was doing something behind instead of helping customers. In 10 minutes nothing changed. The rest of sales people were hanging out (store was empty). I just left I wonder how much time the rest of the customers spend in that store.

I went here to make copies and I made a lot of mistakes while printing. I was so upset especially because covid-19 has made everything so difficult. The staff was awesome and friendly. They really helped me & made me feel much better.

They had the printer ink I needed in the XL cartridges. They got me in and out quickly.

They have 4 or 5 employees at the store. It was very busy and a bit of a wait. On the web site for this store, it did say that this day and time they are very busy.

This place came through for me when I was going through some serious printing, faxing, scanning issues! The young lady who works at the printing counter was so friendly, kind, calm, and did everything she could to keep my private information private. Great customer service in the printing department but the other side of the store could use some help with better customer service.

I was at Office Depot & asked if I get to print labels but the employee told me that it’s way too much money to make labels & print ! I was just here for the convenience & get my labels fast not to talk about money. I thought you guys are here to make money & give a best customer service. It’s very sad not to get what I want & your employee mentioned about money.

Had an online order to pick up...we got there & the employee locked the door as we were standing at the door.

I needed to pick up a sharpie. I knew where they were, however I was greeted region as I entered the store and asked what I was looking for and I told the sales people what I was looking for. He pointed to the individual Sharpies and told me their packages down the aisle next to those. I picked up two Sharpies and waited to pay for them and didnt take very long to get paid out to pay for them does cashier was great was very friendly very pretty. what store has always had a great parade friendly Sushi Astic staff and I enjoyed going here.

Charisse in the printing department is absolutely wonderful, her customer service is top notch. Helped me in a jam within minutes. Also a huge shout to Rain the CRM who is amazing as well! They knocked it out of the park in customer service!

Didnt like being stero typed and followed by security and received horrible service. No cashier at checkout and the one that came didnt know any thing and reached over and declined the warranty opt-in without asking and had to call a manager when i wanted it

Such a great store. The staff is awesome and really committed to customer service. I have seen them handle some of the rudest and most unreasonable people I have ever seen. They handle them with a sincere desire to fix the problem and to find a solution. They are all pleasant, smiling and eager to help. I used to shop at the Office Depot store that closed. This location is much better. The store is beautiful and spacious. The staff is much better and I believe that is because of the Store Manager Dennis and his assistant Trent. They both are wonderful and truly care. I would highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I went there the other day to mail my taxes (it was my first time for taxes), and I had no idea what to do. This friendly woman, who was literally on the way home, took the time to help me figure out everything. I knew she could have passed me on to another coworker but for her to take the time to help me was really nice of her!! I was soo thankful for her!

The manager Rane or Rain did an amazing job. She went above and beyond to create my pamphlets. She has a lot of patience and great attitude!

I have been in this Office Depot location at least a dozen times over the past year. Its always just a MEH experience. The sales associates are often too busy hanging out or wandering around to assist customers. The print team often finds reasons why they cant fulfill print requests (without offering any solutions or alternatives). Prices are CRAZY high on a lot of the products. I am guessing that this is to offset their loss of business in competing with big online retailers like Amazon. OK in theory but if your service doesnt WOW me then there is no reason for me to shop with you and spend more $$ rather than just buying online. I pretty much only go here when Im in a pinch. Long story short ... this Office Depot 80247 ---- MEH 2.5 STARS

This store is hopelessly under-staffed. Employees are stretched thin and fail to accomodate customers despite their best efforts. I hated the experience, as nobody was available for assistance. It isnt the staffs fault that the management has let them down. So if you go there, be ready to help yourself and be patient, but Id recommend just ordering what you need online.

This is the second time you have lost business from me because you close super early on weekends. Most people do their shopping on weekends and when I work till 530 and try to make it their on a Sunday I cant make it by 6. I was their to by a new router and modem now have to go to target or best buy.

Hi! Its very important to me to make sure corporate staff hears and appreciates a thorough compliment for AJ, the young lady in your copy and print center at this location. This review is specifically for her, and Im copying a version here instead of just sending it to corporate, to make sure she gets appropriately highlighted in a way that cant be ignored.The first impressive effect AJ had on me was that of simply being so calm and serene that it was contagious; within a few moments as I started discussing my print job with her, I found myself feeling more cheerful, and more mindfully aware that nothing was REALLY acutely wrong with my day, I was just rushing too much -- so my flusteredness evaporated. AJ was super responsive and speedy and efficient, so I didnt feel slowed down (that would have made me feel more flustered and impatient), but rather I felt accommodated, like she had matched my personal speed with her actions, but she was doing it with such a relaxed demeanor that her example helped me relax too, even while maintaining my sense of hurrying along. Thats a wildly impressive achievement.Then, as I finished deciding about and submitting my print order, I started to gain some conscious awareness of just how wildly busy poor AJ was, and I became further impressed by her sheer professionalism. My background is in healthcare, and I have seen people who are supposed to be levelheaded under pressure end up showing FAR less professionalism and politeness than I saw from AJ, when they were under much milder circumstances than I witnessed her dealing with. She deserves to be headhunted into management in whatever field she dreams of, because I cant imagine a tense situation that she wouldnt handle well. The phone kept ringing, and she managed to delicately balance serving the counter/discussing my print job alongside answering the phone when it wasnt picked up elsewhere, and getting people put on hold; she did politely radio her colleagues to ask them to please mind the phones since she had a line at her station, and let me tell you, that was the most elegant and gracious call-to-action Ive ever heard someone make to their coworkers during a rush! If it had been me dealing with the third call in a row ringing through to my busy department in a few-minute span, I would not have worded things anywhere near as kindly. It was quite evident that AJ was carrying far more than her share of workload, and I was absolutely blown away by the diplomacy and equanimity with which she did it.She did a great job with my actual print service itself, and she somehow managed to hurry it efficiently in the few hours within which I needed it, even though that was something of a special accommodation. When I returned for pickup, she was even more swamped, with a huge line building up at her counter even as she raced all by herself through prints and laminations and taking orders and cycling through these constant motions. And yet, somehow, she was still maintaining the same gentle tone of voice, the same smile, and the same industrious and attentive effectiveness as she whipped through her duties.Please give her the recognition she deserves, and give the store more support for hiring more staff, so that good teammates like AJ arent stuck in situations like this. I dont know where AJ learned such incredible composure, but its a valuable skill and candidly she deserves to get to apply it to something more glorious than copy and print work -- or if this is an area she is passionate about, then she deserves to get to apply her talents at a broader scale, by training others in things like stress management, issue resolution, things like that. Someone with such an excellent sense of responsibility, and who demonstrates such skillful handling of the responsibilities they have, deserves to be rewarded with proportionate authority, so that they can contribute to overall improvement of systems and methods.

Staff has changed over the past 2-3 years and service is slow. I always see staff standing around outside or walking around the store while there are long lines at the photocopy desk. I used one of their computers to access my email and within hours received a fraud alert that my email address was found on the dark web. They claim no information is saved online clearly that is not true Never use their computers. Talked to management only to get a blank stare and an 800 customer service number. Couldnt be bothered to check their computers.

Manager Mathew has been taking care of us for years. Shereece (sp) Donnie and Tony are awesome. Not the closest OD but its always the best.

Came in to buy a can of air for my xbox and was immediately asked if I was going to huff it, followed by you kids are crazy these days. I left the store extremely embarrassed and frustrated. Will NOT be returning to Office Depot.

They had what i needed today, Iwanted to buy a printer. But finding someone to help me was a 45 minute process. I ended up spending more than $700 this trip regardless so i would have figured good costumer service wasnt asking to much.

I got my wedding invitations done here and most of the employees rocked!! Selena printed my invitations and they turned out beautiful! Chris on the other hand was a jerk honestly. He was a jerk both times we dealt with him. He definitely made my project seem very unimportant and just like it was bother to him. If he has a problem printing things and working with people on things like this he should definitely move to the register or even a back room. Total jerk.

The past 4 to 5 times I have been to the store at Havana and Mississippi, they are short staffed or the staff is out of paper or supplies or not helpful. Really poor management. Go to the one at I-25 and Arapahoe road. They are awesome!

Dont ever go here they are a bunch of morons.I wanted to exchange a colo cartridge for a black and white one which was cheaper and they refused to.I had the receipt in hand and they still refused.The young black cashier also was rude to me and told me that I stepped in front of another customer when there were two registers open.Why shop there when you can shop on Amazon and you dont have to deal with a bunch of idiots and dont have to be abused.This is clearly the worst customer service experience I have ever had.Dont go here.

I believe I spoke to tyler on the phone today, asking a question about paper, he was completely unhelpful and managed to talk down to me in the 30 seconds it took for me to realize he would be completely unhelpful, I will be going to target as their employee was actually kind over the phone and because of that I am more than certain that they have what I need, due to your employees lack of want to help you have lost business.

Comprehensive school supplies for 2nd and 7th graders. I wish I would have skipped target and got it all done at office depot.

Id give it a negative star if I could. I took 10 used ink cartridges in to recycle at the end of April, and never received my $20 rewards. I went into the store to inquire, and they just told me I had no rewards. Last time Ill recycle there. Staples, here I come!

I really had a hard time just finding manilla envelopes. I am sure the store has everything I needed, just hard to find stuff. Than I got miss addressed by cashier as a man. Sure he apologized but the damage is done. I will be looking elsewhere for my business needs.

Went in for business cards and there was an issue, but they fixed the cards and threw in extra for me. Kudos for going the extra extra extra mile to make it right.

I went in to get some more information on their print services. I waited at the print services desk for several minutes. There were three employees at print services at the time including a manager and no one ever acknowledged me. I finally left without ever being spoken to. And the store was dirty.

The usual problem with out-of-stock items and very poor front-end service. Even after calling for additional cash your help none appeared for nearly 5 minutes.

Large selection, lots of items on sale. The stapler I bought from here broke months later and these guys were nice enough to replace it, even though I did not keep the receipt.
