This is the worst website ive ever used. No refunds due to a 3 day policy? Even after we purchased 2 times. Do not recommend to any users looking to get certified in Food Handlers and Food Managers saftey.

Absolute worst food handler training program I have used in my 20 years of food service. After I passed it never logged results and forced me retake the course after doing this for a 3rd time I checked my assessment history it showed I had failed each time I had to pay for a course from a different source to eliminate to nonsense. The questions were obscure and hypothetical and over half were not based on the training modules. You get what you pay for and do not pay for this garbage.

Its a horrible and frustrating experience!

I got my TABC certification 2 years ago through Learn 2 Serve. It was nearly unnavigable, especially when I tried to pay. But I managed to get through it. I need to renew my TABC now. You would think that after 2 years the site would become more manageable. Nope! I log in and I have a $150-something dollar cart for courses that were added on because I clicked about 17 times too many when trying to just get my one certification. This site and company are awful. I guess they use whatever profits they get to pay Google to make sure that they are at the top of the list instead of improving their website. Do not bother with this

I have used Learn 2 Serve multiple times for my Food Handlers and TABC. Super satisfied with the process :)

Lesson link prohibits opening note links no one returns calls to help how do I cancel this and get my money back Ive never been so frustrated I dont have time to waste getting transferred all around

They charge me extra for deliver the orgenal tabc certificate and they didnt deliver it .very bad customer service

Customer service doesnt like to listen to what you have to say. Took the course and everything got deleted. I called for a refund and the customer service rep just gave me the runaround for 20 mins then finally told me to send them an email stating why I wanted a refund. This company is a joke and the employees need to be re trained. I wouldnt recommend this company even to my enemies.

The food handlers course was a complete nightmare and took me 5 1/2 hours to complete. I tried multiple times to contact customer support through chat and the phone with NO call back or response. The assessment tests kept freezing up, and it would require me to take that course all over again without saving it. Although the course is cheap I recommend another company to use. You get what you pay for.

Ordered food handlers training TWICE and was never able to take the course. Contacted support first time and they sent me some automated email about changing my password when I clearly stated my problem was that my courses where not showing up. Ordered a second time because deadline was approaching and still no course available. Contacted support once more stressing the deadline I was trying to meet and no one else ever contacted me.

This is a scam they don’t grade people right! They will mark your right answers wrong and make you take it over

I had no problems with the site or program. I took both the TABC and food handlers and passed each course in about 2 hours for each one. Not a bad deal at all.

It kicked me out after working on the course for 1 hour! When I went to log back in, it would not accept my password. I re-set my password and when logging back in, it took me to the previous courses I completed in 2013. The new Food Handlers Course I registered for today didnt even show up under my profile. The site did not give me the opportunity to contact someone while logged in under my profile.

Bad customer service called them twice during the day and they didn’t even know how to assist, the representatives sound very confused. The site charged me twice and just worked for an hour and then logged me out and says I don’t have any account. After this I will never repurchase in this site

POS website save your time and money after purchasing I was Not even able to open my corse. Called the support number to find out it’s a fake number that rings for 5 minutes. On the phone with my bank disputing the charge . So annoyed. Reporting to BBB

I got locked out of my test without a chance to finish it, My money got taken out of my account, this is STEALING, Then I tried contacting support and theres no way to reach anyone Neither on the phone or on the web live chat

The website wouldnt let me log into my account even though my username and password was correct. when i called them for customer service the lady was not much help. too many glitches in the website. they need to work on that.

Horrible service, dont bother calling if you need help, nobody is there...Unbelievable I have to give them a star.

Keep trying to checkout and getting a error message saying it can not calculate tax. So called customer service and not helpful at all.
